Singer, actress, and TV personality Ashley Roberts, best known for The Pussycat Dolls and Strictly Come Dancing, is enjoying time by the beach. She just posted a series of stunning pictures on Instagram from a trip she took to The Chedi Muscat, an exclusive resort 20 minutes north of old Muscat, the capital of the Sultanate of Oman, at Al Ghubra. 1. She Gets Moving Every Day
For Roberts, staying active is an important part of her lifestyle, and something that she loves to do. She says that she tries to exercise every day, even if it’s something quick and simple. “If I have the time I will try to do something active every day,” Roberts told The Daily Star. “I like the way I feel after – how alive I feel.”
2. She Eats A Balanced Diet

Roberts opened up about her diet to The Sun, where she says that she is a believer in a balanced diet and moderation. “I try to live life in balance because I feel like if you go to one extreme or the other sometimes it doesn't maintain,” she said. “I feel like it's important to eat healthy food because it fuels your body, it fuels your brain.” Roberts says that she puts one day a week aside to indulge, and she has a particular favorite food to indulge in. “I just love a good pizza - and I just think having a pizza a week is all really within balance.”
3. She Doesn’t Pressure Herself

Roberts tells The Sun that a big part of her wellness routine is not pressuring herself. Especially when she decides to give into her cravings. “If I want to have a pizza I'm like, 'I'm going to go and enjoy this' and not go and beat myself up - I just enjoy it and let the thoughts be that I'm going to enjoy it and then I feel like the body will digest it more easily."
4. She Mixes It Up

When it comes to working out, Roberts loves variety. She tells The Sun that she does a lot of different things to stay in shape. "I really resonate with dancing but I love yoga, I love spinning, I love dancing and I love boxing,” she said.
5. She Works With a Trainer

Roberts tells Coach Magazine that she prefers to do intense gym sessions with a personal trainer. She says that having someone else there challenges her to do better and work harder. “I go to a gym called W10 and the trainers there are more hardcore than any class instructor, which I love. As far as I’m concerned, anything that doesn’t challenge you doesn’t change you. I need someone to really push me to motivate me. If I go to the gym by myself it’s impossible to train as hard.”
