Ashley Tisdale, the actress and singer, recently enjoyed a vacation. She shared some highlights from the trip on Instagram this week. In it, Tisdale enjoyed time at the beach and pool, and wore a black swimsuit top, and a matching multicolor button-down shirt and shorts. She captioned the post, “You were absolutely stunning as usual @lasventanasalparaiso ❤️ It’s been 14 years and you are still my absolute favorite place.” How does she stay so fit? 1. She Works With A Trainer

Tisdale, like many other celebrities, works with trainer Harley Pasternak, to help her stay in shape. After having her daughter, Tisdale credited Pasternak in her Instagram story with helping her get in shape. "Getting back with my trainer @harleypasternak has changed my body tremendously and honestly it's all about getting your steps in," she said. "His method isn't hard and my body isn't left feeling like I tortured it. I can't believe what my body has gone through over the last year and a half. I'm so grateful for it and honestly can't believe how strong I feel."
2. She Walks
In her Instagram stories, Tisdale revealed that she is did a lot of walking to lose the baby weight. "I'm only sharing this because after months of working hard and trying everything, these small changes in the last three weeks is what have done the most," she said. "It's the difference of how I feel. It's all about moving, finding ways of walking. Taking the dogs out with the baby for a stroll, taking meetings while walking vs. sitting. It's honestly what has helped my mental health as well. Having the extra energy from anxiety, just taking a walk and putting on a walking meditation always makes me feel better."
3. She Cuts Out Dairy
Tisdale revealed on Instagram that she has cut out dairy. “Skin never looked so good ✨ I would love to say it’s just the products I use, but I’ve been dairy free for 5 years, and I swear it changed everything with my skin. I barely break out, I know it’s hard to give up something but when you do after awhile you barely crave it and I feel healthier.”
4. She Gets Help For Her Anxiety

Tisdale opened up to E! News about suffering from anxiety. She says that she is working on changing the feelings about herself. "I was suffering from really bad anxiety and I was like, 'What is going on?' And I just didn't feel great about my body. The last couple of months, I feel so great and I feel so much more accepting of my body.” Tisdale says that she leans on her friends when she deals with anxiety. “Anytime I'm anxious about something, one of them has either gone through it already or knows exactly what I'm going through. You honestly can't get through it without a group like that."
5. She Limits Her Social Media
Tisdale tells E! News that she is reducing her social media usage, as a way of reducing her anxiety. “Recently, TikTok has been one that flares my anxiety. There's such fun stuff that I love about TikTok, but then there's a lot of scary stuff and negative and toxic stuff. You just get drawn into it. And then you realise you're an hour into this TikTok situation and you're like, 'What am I doing?' It's nice to be free of that and to just be in the moment more because you really feel less pressure, you feel happier."
