Sometimes I work out at my house. I’ll do some lunges, something simple like that. Otherwise I’ll go to the gym. I’ve only had one trainer in my life, and I realized that because of my dance background, I already have discipline and I don’t need to be pushed. I think I’ve saved a lot of money too. As a dancer, I’ve never put strict rules on my workout habits and sometimes I just want to go to the gym and do something light.”

Ashley Tisdale, star of High School Musical and Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Candance Against the Universe, is enjoying a pool day. And she made sure to get some gorgeous photos for Instagram. In her newest post, Tisdale posed in a black strapless bathing suit and a skirt. She captioned the post, “It’s always sunny somewhere.” How does she stay so fit? 1. She Believes In Inner Confidence

One of Tisdale’s biggest wellness secrets is having confidence in herself. She says that she feels better and more beautiful when she’s confident. “For me, it’s all about feeling good,” she tells People. “I have a makeup line, Illuminate by Ashley Tisdale, and yes it’s easy to put makeup on and go out, but true confidence comes from within.”

2. She Treats Her Diet Like Her Skin

Tisdale tells People that her wellness secrets are the same as her beauty secrets. “Treat your body how you treat your skin and you will always feel good,” she explained. Tisdale says that her biggest tips are, “Drinking plenty of water and sleep.” "These two environmental factors can impact your quality and quantity of sleep. Darkness causes your brain to release melatonin for a calming, sleepy effect. As a result, it's important to minimize your exposure to light before bedtime. Even the light from your computer, TV or other devices might make it more difficult for you to fall asleep. Ban these devices from your bedroom, and create a dark space by using blackout shades or an eye mask. Noise also can interfere with your ability to sleep. Try using a fan or a noise machine to block out unwanted noises," says the Mayo Clinic.

3. She Found Out Her Food Sensitivities

Tisdale told People that she decided to get tested for certain food sensitivities. She says that she then made a lot of changes to her diet afterwards. “I recently found out what my food sensitivities are, so I had to cut dairy out and certain other foods that weren’t good for me,” she explains. “Also, as much as I love carbs I cut them down a lot. I allow myself to have them once a week.”

4. She Walks A Lot

After having her first child, Tisdale revealed on her Instagram stories that she has started walking a lot more. She says that this helps manage her stress, and to lose weight. “It's all about moving, finding ways of walking," she writes. "Taking the dogs out with the baby for a stroll, taking meeting while walking versus sitting. It's honestly what has helped my mental health as well. Having the extra energy from anxiety, just taking a walk and putting on a walking meditation always makes me feel better."

5. She Keeps Her Heart Rate Low

Tisdale works with celebrity trainer, Harley Pasternak, to help herself stay in shape. Pasternak told Shape Magazine that he aims to keep Tisdale’s heart rate low during sessions. “Because the heart rate doesn't get too high, there is a lower rate of perceived exertion," he explains. "In other words, the workout doesn't feel too hard, even though it's getting everything done we need to get done. We can even carry on a conversation the whole time while her butt and hips and arms get totally demolished — in a good way."

Ashley Benson looked every bit the Hollywood star as she hit the beach in Mexico, at the Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita. 1. She Maintains Variety with Exercise

ashley-benson-swimsuitAshley Benson/Instagram

Ashley keeps her workouts interesting by rotating them throughout the week. "I usually do Pilates three days a week for an hour, and I try to box or do SoulCycle two or three times a week," she told Health. "There are times I just want to do nothing! But then I don't feel good about myself."

2. She Loves Squats

amfAR Gala Los Angeles 2021Ryan Emberley/Getty Images

Ashley’s favorite exercise? Probably squats—and not for my butt but for my legs,” she told Health. “We usually do circuit training, so I'll do 25 squats, then I'll run back and forth, and then I'll do lunges to the other side of the gym both ways, run, then squats. I can't move for days!" "When it comes to using a circuit to meet your exercise goals, choosing the right work-to-rest ratio is key. Whether you want to lose weight, improve your cardiovascular health or improve your VO2max for athletic performance, proper timing of exercise verses rest time is what will lead to real results," says ACE Fitness.

3. She Takes Daily Naps

Ashley is a big proponent of sleep, even in the middle of the day. "I try to take an hour nap. If I don't get sleep, I found that I get really bad anxiety. I started getting panic attacks for two years straight," she told Health. "Keep naps short. Aim to nap for only 10 to 20 minutes. The longer you nap, the more likely you are to feel groggy afterward. However, young adults might be able to tolerate longer naps," says the Mayo Clinic. "Take naps in the early afternoon. Napping after 3 p.m. can interfere with nighttime sleep. Individual factors, such as your need for sleep, your sleeping schedule, your age and your medication use, also can play a role in determining the best time of day to nap."

4. Her Diet Is Healthy

Ashley maintains a healthy, but balanced diet. For breakfast she eats a hard-boiled egg with iced coffee and a splash of half and half for breakfast, followed by a salad (or cheeseburger!) for lunch and fish if she is “trying to be healthy” for dinner. "Otherwise, probably a cheeseburger," she confessed to Delish.

5. She Prioritizes Mental Health

BOSS - Photocall - Milan Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2020Vittorio Zunino Celotto/Getty Images

"I’ve kind of taken a step back from social media,” Ashley told Elle. “I don’t want to spend my life on Instagram. I think it was necessary when I was on the show and now that I'm getting into new projects, but I feel like as I’m getting older I don’t want people to see everything I’m doing all the time. I think it’s very important to keep your private life private. Just let the fans see my work and then I can have my own personal life."

Over the past few years, Sydney Sweeney has become one of America’s sweethearts with celebrated roles in everything from hit HBO shows Euphoria and White Lotus to big-screen movies Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Anyone But You. In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Strength training may also help you:

This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
