She Works Her Glutes

"Goodmorningggggg have we worked out today??? On Wednesdays we booty pump 🤘🏼if you're bored w your regular routine or intimidated by all the equipment in the gym… this workout was a creative, fun way to switch things up! Not only did we accomplish glute and hamstring isolation for that perfect pump that we want but we also activated our entire leg for that lean muscle tone at the same time," Aubrey captioned a recent workout video. In it, she executes a workout circuit that includes dumbbell squats and deadlifts on a bosu ball. "The bosu ball activates entire leg muscle with glute isolation," she explains. She also does one-legged squats, glute bridges, followed by glute pumps.

She Drinks Coffee

You can often find Aubrey with a coffee cup in hand. "Good morning from Georgia and I enjoying a coffee stroll," she captioned a post. Science continues to prove that drinking coffee is great for your health. In fact, a new 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and early death.

She Works Out First Thing in the Morning

Aubrey wakes up super early and hits the gym. "5:30 AM LETS GOOOO," she captioned a photo from one of her early morning exercise sessions.

She Jet Skis

Aubrey also enjoys water sports, including jet skiing. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

She Plays Tennis

Aubrey stays active outdoors. Tennis is another one of her go-to sports. "You can't win if you don't play," she captioned a post of herself on the court. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

She Boxes

Aubrey also boxes. In a recent post she revealed that she added the exercise method to her routine. "I've recently taken up boxing along with my daily cardio & gym circuits… let me tell you it is truly a killer in the best way!! I like to try and make my workouts as fun as possible."

She Drinks Green Juice

You can often find Aubrey sipping on green juice. "Just a girl and her greens," she captioned a post. Drinking veggie juice is a great way to get a lot of the vitamins and nutrients you need in a single bottle.

She Indulges in Self-Care

Aubrey also understandsthe importance of self-care. In this post she takes a bath to relax. "Detox time," she captioned it. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.
