Kaur loves to go to the beach and pool. Mainly because she loves to swim. She posted this reel on Instagram of herself diving into an outdoor infinity pool from her Maldives trip. Kaur captioned the reel, “Aloha.” She also posted this set of photos of herself floating in the ocean in Phuket, Thailand. Kaur captioned the post, “What a beautiful experience was this! 2. She Dances

Her go-to cardio activity is running. “If you don’t go to the gym, and if you’re not able to do your workouts, then everyday, I will highly encourage you guys to at least go for a nice long run,” Kaur explained. “Running is such a stress buster, and more than that, it is a weight bearing exercise.”
