1. She Does Squats

Kaur shared this video on Instagram of herself doing different workouts at the gym. In it, she is seen doing squats. She captioned the post, “Turnin it up.” Squats are a great way to build leg and glute muscles, and tighten those areas.

2. She Does Cardio Workouts

In the same Instagram video, Kaur is seen doing a lot of cardio workouts. She is seen both running on a treadmill and going for a jog outside. She is also seen using the elliptical and stationary bike in the gym, and doing lateral stair jumps. Cardio is an important part of working out. These types of workouts increase blood flow and heart health.

3. She Plays Golf

Kaur likes to try new ways to stay active. She revealed on Instagram that she is learning golf. She posted this video of herself at the driving range. Kaur captioned the post, “Trying new things.” According to Better Health, golf is not just a good physical activity, it is also a good activity for your mental health. They state that golf can “Help in reducing stress (as a result of the physical activity and also due to the pleasure of walking in an open and natural environment).”

4. She Goes Swimming
