1. She’s Consistent
Kaur took her fans through her fitness routine in this video from her YouTube channel. She admits that her workouts aren’t super intense, but she does them on a consistent basis. “Honestly speaking, I don’t do much considering my hectic schedule,” she says. “But I make sure that I do little, but I remain consistent.”
2. She Has Healthy Eating Patterns
In her YouTube video, Kaur encouraged her fans to pay attention to what they eat, as exercise isn’t enough to maintain a healthy lifestyle. She says that she is aware of what she is eating, and makes sure to eat a healthy diet in patterns. “You need to look at what’s going on inside your stomach,” she says. “I have taken a sincere step to make sure that at least I have an eating pattern along with of course my workout.”
3. She Does Yoga In The Mornings
Kaur revealed in her YouTube video that she likes to start her day with a workout. “Early morning is the best time for me to just calm myself,” she says. “It also helps me to plan my day better.” She says that she loves to do yoga each morning to center herself. “Honestly, I can never skip my yoga even if I have 10 minutes in my hand,” she says.
4. She Goes Running
Kaur also said in her YouTube video that she loves to go for a run each day. “I cannot miss out on my running,” she says. “If you don’t go to the gym, and if you’re not able to do your workouts, then everyday, I will highly encourage you guys to at least go for a nice long run. Trust me, you will feel so much better. Running is such a stress buster, and more than that, it is a weight bearing exercise.”
5. She Drinks Meal Replacement Shakes
Kaur revealed in her YouTube video that she doesn’t always have time to cook or enjoy a meal, usually breakfast. This means that she has to turn to things that she can enjoy on-the-go, and also fill her up. Kaur says that she likes meal replacement shakes. She says that they are, “equal to my meal, or sometimes better than my meal.”
