She Avoids Dairy, Gluten, and Sugar

Bangdee maintains that her diet is "nothing special." However, there are a few things she avoids. "I just eat home-cooked meals but there are certain things that I avoid like dairy, gluten, and extreme sugar. Also, I have never been a fan of junk food in my life so it's nothing too difficult for me to avoid but there are certain things which are difficult to cut down so I eat them as my cheat meals – I have a sweet tooth so I love dark chocolate desserts, Maggie and blue lays," she told Women Fitness.

She Does Strength Training and Cardio

When it comes to exercise, Bangdee keeps it simple, "I do a mix of strength and cardio. My main focus is to tone my body as much as I can. My main target areas are the abdomen and to strengthen my upper body," she told Women Fitness.

She Sets Healthy Goals

Bangdee sets realistic and healthy goals. "I just want to be better than I was 6 months before fitness-wise. I love a toned body and I am currently working on that. It takes a lot of hard work and patience but I am up for it," she told the publication.

She Doesn't Listen to Trolls

Bandgee protects her mental health by not listening to trolls. "So there is one rule in my life – I don't care what people think about me or talk about me As long as I am right morally and at peace in my mind I am happy," she told Women Fitness. "See We live in a world full of opinions whether you like it or not or you ask for it or not people will tell you their opinion and after doing Bigg boss this is the one thing I understood – people will always have an opinion whether they say it to you on your face or write as a comment online."

She Exercises 30 Minutes a Day

"Fitness and health go hand in hand. The early you understand the better your life will be. Do not take your health for granted!" Bandgee told Women Fitness. "This is something I tell my parents every day, you have to exercise for at least 30 mins a day. Keep your body moving, try to eat healthy if you can and it's better to start a healthy lifestyle early in age so you don't go through unnecessary issues or diseases as you start aging."
