Nice picture is edited by me,” she captioned the Instagram post. How does she stay so fit? 1. She Standup Paddleboards

Bảo stays active on the water with standup paddleboarding. “Happiness is neither something that happens randomly, nor is it something that you wish for. It is what we make of it,” she captioned a post. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

2. She Wears a Corset

Body,Shaping,Stretch,Underwear.,Orthopedic,Lumbar,Support,Corset,Products.,LumbarShutterstock

In order to get back in shape after having a baby, Bảo maintains that wearing a latex corset was helpful. “I don't know about other mothers, but Thy at this age is very interested in equipping herself with a lot of useful knowledge. Not only to become a good wife and mother, but also to spread a positive spirit to many people around her. No matter how busy you are, surely Thy does not forget to love and take care of yourself. Because when you love yourself so much, the people around you will love you too. Thy's girls, besides eating clean, drinking clean, training hard, let's try training combined with latex. The effect is very surprising. Apart from being good for postpartum women to keep their body slim, latex also supports us in spinal strength,” she wrote in a post. “Choose high quality latex to ensure safety and best effectiveness!”

3. She Goes for Walks

Bảo also enjoys walking with her baby. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

4. She Takes Baths

Bảo takes regular baths, a great daily practice as they have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

5. She Rides Bikes

Bảo also rides bikes. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

6. She Drinks Orange Juice

According to Bảo, drinking one glass of “orange juice a day” helps “increase resistance.” She maintains that she “has been drinking orange juice at home for 4 months.”

1. Coffee Lover

Hằng is a big fan of coffee, which experts say has numerous health benefits when consumed in the right amount. "Drinking one to two cups of coffee a day may help ward off heart failure, when a weakened heart has difficulty pumping enough blood to the body," say nutrition experts from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. "For women, drinking at least one cup of coffee a day is associated with lowered stroke risk, which is the fourth leading cause of death in women."

2. Self-Confidence Through Work

Hằng says her career as an actress and singer taught her self-confidence. "When I was a kid, when I didn't have a career and couldn't find my position, I was a very shy person,” she says. “Once I found it, my thoughts created what I wanted. My career path is like magic pulling me in. Just there, I feel safe."

3. Outdoors Time

Hằng spends as much time outdoors as possible, especially after the pandemic lockdowns. "Everywhere I go, I imagine the virus, so the Heo family goes to the garden to hunt, gather, and dry in the sun to kill bacteria," she says.

4. Independent Woman

Hằng treasures her independence, saying she has no intention of giving up work just because she’s married. “How can I ‘give up’ when I still have to work to get better results,’ she says. “And even with my husband, I can't give up the game. In the 21st century, women also need to have careers and independence.” “Working has been shown to help stabilize people struggling with mental health conditions,” says Karen L. Jacob, PhD.

5. Down Time and Self-Care

Hằng protects her mental health with down time and self-care. "I have time to spend with my family, for myself,” she says. “That time, I also go to the kitchen, cook, I like to bake, decorate the house… All barriers affect the psychology of fear, the mentality of being afraid to overcome, the mentality of losing a career.”

While personal trainers can seem just as intimidating as the gym itself, the reality is that they will be your biggest cheerleader. Water Skiing

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Pilates

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
