1. She Doesn’t Diet

Rafaeli opened up about her wellness to Hello! Magazine. She says that she doesn’t believe in dieting, and just focuses on balance.“I don’t diet and I don’t have an eating plan, but I like to eat healthily. I don’t deny myself anything and there’s nothing I wouldn’t eat. I like desserts – I like food full-stop, but I exercise and I’m young, so everything keeps in check. I don’t feel the need to be super skinny, but being in shape is important. But even if I wasn’t in this industry I would still want to look after myself and be healthy and keep my body in good condition.”

2. She Works Hard Before A Job

When Refaeli has a gig coming up, she makes sure to eat healthy. She opened up about her process to Hello! Magazine. “I guess every girl has days where she feels good and days where she feels she could lose a couple of pounds, and it’s the same for me, I’m generally in pretty good shape, but if I have a major shoot or fashion show coming up and I want to look my best, then I’ll spend a little extra time working out or I’ll stick to eating salads and chicken for a few days.

3. She Loves TRX

Rafaeli makes sure to work out on a regular basis. She tells Hello! Magazine that she likes high energy workouts. Refaeli has a go-to in particular. “My main workout is TRX (working with your own body weight),” she says. “Which really tones the body. I can’t do the Yoga stuff, it bores me.”

4. She Does Krav Maga

Refaeli revealed some of her favorite workouts on her Instagram. She revealed that she likes to do martial arts. Specifically, Refaeli loves Krav Maga. “My trainer taught me all kinds of kicks,” she says. “They work everywhere—your abs, your butt."

5. She Wants To Stay Healthy

One of Refaeli’s motivations for staying in shape is that she wants to be healthy. She tells Cosmopolitan that this helps her stay consistent. "I work out a lot. I like to look good and feel good. I do Pilates and TRX four times a week for an hour each time. I'm not very careful with my diet but when you work out a lot you want to keep healthy. Eating healthily makes you want to work out more because your body is more alive.
