She Loves Milk

Palvin is Hungarian, and she says that she has learned a lot of health and beauty secrets from her family. One of these secrets? Drinking milk every day. Palvin tells Harper's Bazaar that this not only is good for giving you calcium, but also for clearing up your skin. "It's a Hungarian beauty ritual. My great grandma would tell me to drink a glass of milk every day to help for beautiful skin and I've been doing that every day since I was a little girl. Just dairy whole milk."

She Gets Tips From Her Fellow Angels

Being a Victoria's Secret Angel has a lot of perks. Not only is it great for your career, but you also get to make a lot of new friends. Palvin tells Harper's Bazaar that she likes to get workout tips from her fellow Angels. "Josephine (Skriver) and Jasmine (Tookes) are making videos of a lot of different workouts and I just try those and see if it works for me or not. Working out is such a huge part of my job, and they are testing it all on their bodies which is good for me, I don't need to test it, I just see what works for them and try it myself!"

She Follows The 80/20 Rule

When it comes to her diet, Palvin says that she eats pretty healthy. However, she says that she isn't afraid to indulge in her favorite unhealthy habits once in a while. "I do the 80/20 thing," she told Us Weekly. "Eighty percent of the week I do chicken with vegetables, fish, or granola in the morning or oatmeal and then I'll do 20 percent of cheating." Palvin says that her favorite indulgences are nights out with her friends.

She Works Out On A Regular Basis

In order to maintain her incredible figure, Palvin has to work out on a regular basis. However, she tells Us Weekly that this isn't difficult for her to do. Palvin says that she's worked out regularly since before her modeling career took off. "Even before I became an Angel, I started to get a routine into my life, working out every day or four times a week and eating in a certain way that works for my body. I'm just doing that."

She Works Out Her Lower Body With A Medicine Ball

Palvin has an incredible set of legs. Naturally, she does a lot of leg and lower body exercises. She tells Us Weekly that her favorite lower body exercise is done with a medicine ball. "You have the ball, you put one leg on it and one behind you. So you bend down straight and put your leg back straight, stand up and then go down. You do that eight times, both legs." Palvin says that this is her go-to exercise to do before a shoot. "It really lifts your" backside.
