She Has No Regrets

In an interview with Us Weekly, Raymond opened up about her time on Too Hot To Handle, and how it has affected her. "I don't have any regrets from the show," Raymond said. "I think everything that I did on the show, I'm happy with. I wouldn't have changed it because it wouldn't have been me. But at the end of the day, if it didn't happen, something else might not have come from it."


She Boxes

Raymond doesn't share a lot of her workouts on social media. However, she did reveal a few of her favorites on an Instagram story. In it, Raymond posed at the gym. In the caption, she revealed that she had just done a boxing session. Boxing has a lot of benefits, according to Harvard Health. "This kind of boxing has many health benefits, because it constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's hospital, told the site.


She Does Yoga

In her Instagram story, Raymond revealed that she was doing another workout that day. She says that she was going to do some yoga to finish her session. Yoga has a lot of benefits. Harvard Health states, "Yoga develops inner awareness. It focuses your attention on your body's abilities at the present moment. It helps develop breath and strength of mind and body. It's not about physical appearance."


She Swims

Raymond spends a lot of time by the water. She shares a lot of photos on Instagram of herself at the beach or the pool. She likes to swim to stay in shape. Raymond posted this photo of herself swimming in a wave pool. She also shared these photos of herself wading in the ocean. Raymond captioned that post, "Always a reason to smile."


She Rides Jet-Skis

When Raymond goes to the beach, she spends a lot of time in the water. And swimming isn't the only thing she likes to do there. She also likes to ride jet-skis. Raymond posted this photo on Instagram of herself on a jet-ski by the dock. She captioned the post, "Fav days."
