The winner of the reality show flaunts her incredible figure in a bathing suit via one of her latest social media posts. "Let me remind you," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps, taken when she was about to hop in a jacuzzi tub. "Oh woooow," commented Coco Lodge. Beaux is devoted to fitness. On her Instagram Stories she often shares clips and photos of her boxing workouts, great for the body because fitness boxing "constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's hospital tells Harvard Health."You're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength. And when you're in the boxer crouch with a wide stance, with your knees slightly bent, you're strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs."

She Does Yoga

There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, and Beaux clearly understands that. She also shares photos and videos of herself striking a pose. Harvard Health recently found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

She Drinks Coffee

It's rare to find Beaux without a cup of coffee in hand. A new 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and early death.

She Remains True to Herself

Beaux stays authentic and true to herself. "I don't have any regrets from the show," she told Us Weekly after the show wrapped. "I think everything that I did on the show, I'm happy with. I wouldn't have changed it because it wouldn't have been me. But at the end of the day, if it didn't happen, something else might not have come from it."

She Soaks in Hot Water

As can be evidenced from Beaux's most recent post, she loves soaking in hot water. Why should you take a bath or soak in a hot tub? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.
