Bebe Rexha, the “Me, Myself & I” singer, is walking down the runway–well, a city street subbing for a runway–strutting in a swimsuit. “Where are my fellow mid size queens at @adoreme,” she captioned the video, set to the tune of Monaleo and Flo Milli’s “We Not Humping.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Bebe Rexha stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Has Been Open About Her Weight Gain

Bebe said she felt “disgusting” in her own body after gaining weight. “I haven’t been posting as much because I don’t feel good in my skin, and when I don’t feel good, I don’t want to post,” she said. “That’s really honestly the reason I haven’t been posting in the last year or so as much as I used to.” She added: “I don’t know how to help myself anymore or how to love myself.”

2. She Does Her Best

"As much as I tried to be that skinny pop-star, like the ones I grew up watching or see now, I can’t seem to do it in a way that feels natural or healthy," she wrote. "I like to eat. I workout. I drink water. I do my best. I follow the rhythm of my body. Even though it gets hard sometimes I show my body love. #EveryBodyIsBeautiful"

3. Drinking Water is Key

“During exercise, water is the best fluid replenisher for most individuals, although sports drinks help replace lost electrolytes during high-intensity exercise exceeding 45 to 60 minutes. Individuals who sweat profusely during exercise and whose sweat contains a high amount of sodium (you may notice salt stains/rings on your athletic wear) should choose sports drinks and ensure that their diet contains adequate sodium to prevent hyponatremia (water intoxication),” says ACE Fitness.

4. She Works Out

“Exercise and physical activity can be enjoyable. They give you a chance to unwind, enjoy the outdoors or simply engage in activities that make you happy. Physical activity can also help you connect with family or friends in a fun social setting,” says the Mayo Clinic. “So take a dance class, hit the hiking trails or join a soccer team. Find a physical activity you enjoy, and just do it. Bored? Try something new, or do something with friends or family.”

5. She Stays True to Herself

“Making it as a female in the music industry and being able to take care of myself…and being able to take care of my parents feels like success to me,” she says. “It allowed me to follow my dreams and believe in myself, allowed me to break the rules,” she told Self. She added: “I want to put out a piece of work that I’m truly proud of, start to finish,” she says. “My last album was cool. There were some incredible songs on there. But I feel like a lot of them weren’t true to who I am as an artist.”

Bebe Rexha is in Hawaii and it feels like we’re there with her. The singer (and actress, who appeared in Queenpins) has posted photos of herself relaxing and dancing on a boat, swimming next to a waterfall, posing like a model and joking around with Instagram filters. To paraphrase one of her songs, baby, I'm jealous of the pictures that you take. How does she stay so fit while having so much fun? Read on to see 7 ways Bebe Rexha stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She’s All About Body Positivity

“I was in Florida doing WWE Wrestlemania. The day I flew in, I had a little time off to go to the pool. I said to my manager, ‘Will you just take a video of me?’ I just wanna see what I look like. And when she played me back to the video, I said, I'm kind of, to me, it's okay to have a little moving parts and pieces and the little indentations—it's sexy to me. That's sexy. We were never really taught that. Like how to love ourselves and how to love imperfections,” she told Access Hollywood.

2. She Does Leg Day

Photocall For STX's "Queenpins"Axelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

"Time for legs," Rexha wrote in an Instagram Story chronicling her lower body workout. Smart choice. The largest muscles are in your lower body, and thus they burn the most fat. Your backside if the biggest source of myokines, which can do amazing things. Some help increase fat-burning in both the liver and skin tissue; others improve the function of the vascular system. Some improve the immune response; still others help our digestive system by improving communication between the pancreas and intestines. There’s even some evidence that myokines released through exercise may influence cancer cell growth.

3. She Mixes Up Her Workouts

2020 American Music Awards - BackstageEmma McIntyre/Getty Images

Bebe knows the value of a good sweat session. Here’s a perfect 4 minute workout for you to try at home: Perform burpees for 20 seconds. Don’t worry about counting reps—just set a timer and get as many as you can. Afterward, rest 10 seconds, and then repeat for four minutes. Over time, you can progress the length of the work interval, but keep the ratio of work to rest at two to one (so if you build up to doing burpees for 30 seconds, rest 15 seconds between sets).

4. This is “Key for Me”

62nd Annual GRAMMY Awards – Red CarpetEmma McIntyre/Getty Images

“I will say that sometimes when I’m really tired, and I don’t have time to wash my face, I have a little trick. It's actually something I learned from a makeup artist back when I worked in retail and sold perfume. He’s like, “Listen, if you’re super tired and you can’t even wash your face, and you just use a makeup wipe, the one thing you should still always do is moisturize.” So, sometimes when I’m really exhausted, I don’t really go in with the soap and water. I know it’s not the greatest, but I’ll just use a couple of face wipes and then moisturize my skin really well. That’s key for me!” she told WhoWhatWear.

5. She Was Diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder

amfAR Gala Los Angeles 2021Ryan Emberley/Getty Images

“For the longest time, I didn’t understand why I felt so sick. Why I felt lows that made me not want to leave my house or be around people and why I felt highs that wouldn’t let me sleep, wouldn’t let me stop working or creating music. Now I know why,” she said on Twitter, revealing her bipolar diagnosis. “I was very fearful,” she told Self magazine. “I didn’t want to think there was something wrong with me.” “My mom would call it code red,” Rexha said. “A day before [my period started], I would feel like my world was ending ... I would get into these funks and be really depressed and not want to leave my house.”

"“That was my worst fear all my life: going crazy,” she told Self. “I felt like me opening up to my fans was me finally saying, ‘I’m not going to be imprisoned by this.’ And maybe it’ll make somebody not feel imprisoned, in that moment, if they feel like they’re going through a rough time. That’s why I decided to really open up and to free myself from that.”

Bebe Rexha is “on fire” in her swimsuit. The singer looks seriously gorgeous in her latest social media post, wearing a black swimsuit with pants as she gazes into the mirror. “Was bullied into posting this,” she captioned the Instagram snap. How does the star stay healthy and fit? 1. She Promotes Body Confidence

Bebe has struggled with self-love in the past and has become a self-love advocate "I wanted to show you what I really look like. Yes I got thighs. Yes I got ass. But here's what I f---ing look like in my bathing suit. Here's my body. No filters, okay? I got ass, I got thighs, okay,” she said in a recent Instagram story. "It's just really hard because I find it hard to love myself sometimes and like when you see yourself looking like s---, it's like, yes I got stretch marks. Let me show you. I got stretch marks. I got cellulite, all of the above."

2. Her Diet Is Healthy

amfAR Gala Los Angeles 2021 - ArrivalsAxelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

Bebe tries to eat healthy. "When I have a bad week of eating, I feel so nasty — like when I eat tons of chips or croissants and whatever," she told People. She also promotes hydration. "When I eat healthier and I drink more water and then I do even a little exercising or just try to live a little bit more actively, I feel so much better: I feel so much healthier, I feel so much sexier, and it's for myself. So I feel like that's a really important thing for me, to stay active and eat well." She also likes to cook her own meals. “I absolutely love hosting dinner parties for my friends,” she told Us. “I enjoy cooking Italian dishes. Penne alla vodka is my [specialty]!” Another one of her got-to dishes? “I love baking banana bread.”

3. She Likes to Box

Boxing,Gloves,On,Light,BackgroundShutterstock

Bebe also exercises to stay in shape. One of her favorite workouts involves packing a punch. “I love boxing and have started training a lot during the pandemic,” she told Us.

4. She Doesn’t Believe in Deprivation

Photocall For STX's "Queenpins"Axelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

“I don’t deprive myself. I just don’t think that’s fun,” Bebe told Health. Instead, she has a moderate approach to diet. “I can be very clean. When I try to be healthier, it’s no bread; no cheese or dairy, except in coffee; no sauces. My ultimate lunch: I’ll order a salad with chicken and no croutons and a side of sweet potato fries. That’s my balance. People are like, ‘Pizza’s bad.’ Pizza’s not bad if you have one slice with a healthy salad on the side! Or people will tell you, ‘You can’t eat bananas or grapes or watermelon—it’s way too much sugar!’ Stop right now. Seriously, just stop.”

5. She Mixes Up Exercise

Bebe likes keeping exercise interesting. “I work out with my trainer Jeanette [Jenkins]; we change it up,” She told Health. “One day we’ll do yoga; one day we’ll do Pilates. We can run one day or box, which is my favorite. When I go to different places, I’ll try to run or go to the gym—or I’ll take cycling classes or boxing classes wherever I am. And I deal with my anxiety by working out. I can get out my aggression or anything I’m feeling I just want to get rid of. I also see my therapist. It’s very helpful to talk to somebody.”

Rexha revealed some of her wellness secrets to WhoWhatWear. She says that when it comes to skincare, she makes sure to keep her skin moisturized. “I’m always moisturizing. When I’m using my La Mer products properly, I’ll do the full four steps; The Treatment Lotion ($115), The Concentrate ($200) which is a serum, The Moisturizing Soft Cream ($95), and then I’ll do The Eye Concentrate Eye Cream ($235). I just love to saturate my skin with cream.”

2. She Repairs Her Hair Damage

Rexha bleaches her hair a lot, which leads to damage. She tells WhoWhatWear her secrets for repairing hair damage. “I am usually an Olaplex girl, I love doing their treatments, but I’ve also been doing masks from Kérastase lately as well. Oh! I also started using this vitamin-infused hair treatment, it’s called Vitiv, and it’s amazing. It has tons of vitamins in it and you put it on right after you wash. Actually, the best thing to do is to apply it, and then blow-dry your hair as soon as possible afterward because the heat really seals in all of the nourishing ingredients. It’s amazing. There’s another brand that makes great products for damaged hair—K18—I love the Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask ($75).”

3. She’s Comfortable With Herself

Rexha tells WhoWhatWear that she is a lot more comfortable with herself right now. “I have definitely gotten more comfortable in my skin. At one point, it was kind of unhealthy, and I really felt like my sense of self-worth was totally based on the way that I looked. So yeah, I’ve gotten more comfortable.”

4. She Indulges

Celebrity Sightings In Los Angeles - September 17, 2022RACHPOOT.COM via Getty Images

Rexha says that she isn’t afraid to indulge. “If I want to eat a healthy meal or really take care of my skin, I do it from a place of love now,” she explains to WhoWhatWear. ‘And hey, I’ve been eating chips and popcorn while we’ve been talking, and do I feel kinda meh about it? Yeah, but then I’m kind of just like, ‘Fuck it. I wanted it, my body wanted it,’ and so I honored that. I just follow my heart.”

5. She Changed Her Diet

Rexha revealed in 2019 that she had made some changes to her diet. She says that she is trying to eat healthier, and that she had cut out some things. “Been doing no (refined) sugar and no (bad) carbs,” she wrote on Instagram.

Emilia Mernes has become one of the most popular Latin singers in the past few years. She has also acquired a strong following on Instagram. Mernes recently posted a stunning new set of photos. In it, she posed in a green swimsuit top with jeweled straps and a pink skirt, as well as a sheer pink top, swimsuit top, and denim skirt. She captioned the post, “Behind the smoke you can’t see.” How does she stay so fit? 1. She Swims

Mernes spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do is go to the beach and go swimming. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself by the water. In this set of photos she posted, Mernes is seen on a boat and on a paddleboard. She captioned the post, “Made in Argentina.”

2. She’s Active

Billboard Latin Women In Music - ShowRich Polk/Billboard via Getty Images

Mernes opened up about her wellness routine in an interview. She says that she lives a pretty active life. “If I am skinnier it is because I am a thousand. But like everything, I eat well. The people around me know that I eat, it's not that I'm skinny, it's because I'm active, I dance a lot, I rehearse a lot, I'm doing things every day and I don't train, I should. Now I'm going to start swimming, but well the thing is that I never have a day off.”

3. She Speaks Out About Beauty Standards

White,Plaster,Mouth,Model,And,Red,Shiny,Female,Mouth,Lips,Shutterstock

In the same interview, Mernes opened up about her past insecurities and spoke out about unfair beauty standards. “I didn't wear muscle or short sleeves because I said 'I have fatter arms' and people are going to judge me for that. I mean, imagine how my head was, really bad. And well, I had a really bad time at that moment and then I understood that it is not like that and that nothing is wrong. But you know what happens? It's that people put me in that place of the Argentine woman, that you have to fulfill a stereotype, that you have to wear these clothes, that you have to say or do this. And she broke my head that she felt that she had to comply with things that society imposes on her that are stupid.”

4. She Admires Mega-Powerful Women

Billboard Latin Women In Music - BackstageGetty Images

She grew up admiring Thalia, Rihanna and Beyoncé. “I would watch them on TV and I couldn’t believe it. I’d say: ‘I hope one day I can see myself like them!’ Because whenever I listened to them, they instilled a message of power and confidence in me,” she told Billboard.

5. She Benefits From Sun Exposure

"One of the best (and easiest) ways to get vitamin D is by being outside. Our bodies produce vitamin D when exposed to sunlight—about 15 minutes in the sun a day is adequate if you’re fair skinned. And since Vitamin D helps your body maintain calcium and prevents brittle, thin, or misshapen bones, soaking in sun may be just what the doctor ordered," says Select Health.

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

Sophie Piper is embracing island life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Love Island beauty shows off her fantastic figure in a swimsuit during a tropical vacation at Kandima Maldives with Josh Ritchie. “Island life,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken at the picturesque resort. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram
