I got cellulite, all of the above."
She's Never Gone Under the Knife
In the same Instagram video, Bebe revealed that she has never gone under the knife. "I don't do surgery. I've never touched my body. Never done lipo[suction], never done any of that stuff," she said. "I'm trying to be healthy and respect what God gave me. And I like to eat and I also take medicine that makes it really hard for me to lose weight."
Healthy Eating Makes Her Feel Good
"When I have a bad week of eating, I feel so nasty — like when I eat tons of chips or croissants and whatever," she told People. "When I eat healthier and I drink more water and then I do even a little exercising or just try to live a little bit more actively, I feel so much better: I feel so much healthier, I feel so much sexier, and it's for myself. So I feel like that's a really important thing for me, to stay active and eat well."
She Loves Cooking
Bebe is all about entertaining. "I absolutely love hosting dinner parties for my friends," she told Us. "I enjoy cooking Italian dishes. Penne alla vodka is my [specialty]!" Another one of her favorite things to cook? "I love baking banana bread."
She Loves Caffeinated Drinks
Bebe loves a few caffeine-infused drinks. "I have at least three coffees a day," she told Us. "My favorite drink when I go out is an Arnold Palmer."
She Boxes
One way Bebe stays in fighting form? "I love boxing and have started training a lot during the pandemic," she told Us.
She Eats What She Wants
Bebe maintains a healthy diet but also eats what she wants. "I don't deprive myself. I just don't think that's fun," she explained to Health. "I can be very clean. When I try to be healthier, it's no bread; no cheese or dairy, except in coffee; no sauces. My ultimate lunch: I'll order a salad with chicken and no croutons and a side of sweet potato fries. That's my balance. People are like, 'Pizza's bad.' Pizza's not bad if you have one slice with a healthy salad on the side! Or people will tell you, 'You can't eat bananas or grapes or watermelon—it's way too much sugar!' Stop right now. Seriously, just stop."
She Switches Up Her Workouts
"I work out with my trainer Jeanette [Jenkins]; we change it up," she explained to Health. "One day we'll do yoga; one day we'll do Pilates. We can run one day or box, which is my favorite. When I go to different places, I'll try to run or go to the gym—or I'll take cycling classes or boxing classes wherever I am. And I deal with my anxiety by working out. I can get out my aggression or anything I'm feeling I just want to get rid of. I also see my therapist. It's very helpful to talk to somebody."
