1. She Eats all the Time

“I have really low blood sugar, so I have to eat all the time. We break for lunch around 1 p.m. I’ll usually have salmon or chicken and veggies. If not, then pasta. I like having a good protein meal because I get really tired if I eat too much, so I try to fill myself up with things that will make me feel good. I order a lot of green juices and keep them around on set. I have ginger shots in a cooler, and I’ll drink one if I’m feeling low. I’m also a big coffee drinker. I’ll have three espressos before noon,” she told Harper’s.
2. She Works Out Hard

"When I work out, I love to work out—I train and I go hard for two hours,” she told E! Online. “Keeping your fitness level in mind, think about why you want to start a fitness program. Consider your health and fitness goals,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Perhaps your doctor has suggested that you start a fitness program to lose weight. If you're already active, maybe you want to increase the intensity of your fitness program to prepare for a 5K race or to get ready to participate in a favorite sport. Having clear goals can help you stay motivated.”
3. She’s Had This for Breakfast

“If I have the morning off, I’ll either make eggs and sausage, and eat breakfast at home, or go to the bagel store below my apartment. It’s so good, and they have so many different kinds of bagels. My go-to is an egg sandwich on a plain bagel. One time I wanted to be healthy and got a gluten-free bagel, but I promise you, they suck,” she told Harper’s.
4. She’s Boxed

"When time is on my side, I train with my coach for intensive sessions,” Hadid told Vogue Paris. “I run non-stop for 20 minutes followed by a boxing session and finally a series of weights targeting the abs and glutes. We keep the routines varied, so the sessions are always fun." She also likes: "Body Ballet, I've only tried it out once but I can see the long term results amongst my friends."

Hadid recently teamed with Kin Euphorics, a drink brand that "uses adaptogens and focuses on brain health, while expanding our mind and calming our nervous system." "The reason why I am coming on with Kin, is not only to consistently give you new formulas, creatives and products, but to also teach you about brain health and how we can help with the social, personal, physical, and mental pressures we face on a regular basis," Hadid said, according to Harper’s.
