Do Pilates

Bella loves pilates. Her Instagram feed is filled with photos of herself using a pilates reformer to strengthen and elongate her muscles. According to the Mayo Clinic Pilates is a great workout because it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health." It can also help build longer, leaner muscles, prevent injury, offer relief from stress and back pain, enhance athletic performance, and heighten mind-body awareness.

Do Lift Weights

Bella also stays in shape with the help of circuit and strength training. "I am looking to build lean muscle with aerobic conditioning. My workout consists of an hour and I always make time for proper stretching before and after my workout. My focus this morning was to strengthen my core, tighten my waist and light shoulders," she wrote in one of her Instagram posts.

Don't Weigh Yourself

Earlier this year, Bella revealed on Twitter that she getting rid of her scale. "Almost every day I have been to the gym in the last 6 weeks," she wrote. "Turns out I only lost one pound of fat and gained one pound of muscle.. throw away your scales ladies because they don't mean s**t. As long as YOU feel better and u like the way u look that's all that matters."

Do Yoga

Bella recently started doing yoga. "Today was the day I finally noticed results !!! And what's even better is: I FEEL good & healthy," she captioned a recent post. "I now feel like I can do more in my day and helps me fall asleep easier at night!"

Bella is a fan of another fighting form of fitness: Boxing. "Aerobic exercise gets your heart pumping and helps lower the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. It can strengthen bones and muscles, burn more calories, and lift mood. Aerobics can also boost your endurance, which helps you climb a flight of stairs or walk farther," explains Harvard Health about why you should try an aerobic workout like boxing.

Don't Eat Processed Food

Bella maintains a clean and healthy diet, fililng her plate with veggies, fruit, protein, smoothies, and even rice and pasta. "Rice, black beans, pasta, fruit for my smoothies, veggies and some protein," are just a few of the items she keeps on hand, she told Hollywood Life

Do Make New Year's Resolutions

Bella started off 2022 by making New Year's resolutions. "I will be healthier this year," she wrote. "I will take more care of my body. I will drink more water. I will pay more attention to my negative mental habits. I will work to change those. I will stop judging myself so harshly. I will be happy. I will work to understand what pushes my artist creativity further into the abyss. I will take more time off I will take more time for myself, to enjoy myself, to enjoy the person I am today, I will not just think about tomorrow or the next day or the next 5 years. I will do things that push my limits. I will challenge myself. I will not let my yearning for more do my soul injustice."
