1. She Loves Pilates

Bella is a fan of pilates. She posts a lot of photos of herself using a pilates reformer to strengthen and elongate her muscles. “Getting back on that #grind #pilates and it feels good,” she captioned a snap. According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Bella’s go-to workout is strength training. “I am looking to build lean muscle with aerobic conditioning. My workout consists of an hour and I always make time for proper stretching before and after my workout. My focus this morning was to strengthen my core, tighten my waist and light shoulders,” she wrote in this Instagram post.

3. She Is a Yogi

Bella also does yoga. “Today was the day I finally noticed results !!! And what's even better is: I FEEL good & healthy,” she captioned this post. “I now feel like I can do more in my day and helps me fall asleep easier at night!”

Bella maintains a healthy diet, focusing on clean eating. She eats veggies, fruit, protein, smoothies, and even rice and pasta. “Rice, black beans, pasta, fruit for my smoothies, veggies and some protein,” are just a few of the items she keeps on hand, she revealed to HollywoodLife.

5. Her Brother Is Her Trainer

Bella revealed to Allure that she is related to her trainer! “I wouldn't say I'm in my best shape at the moment. My brother is my trainer. He's getting into the UFC, and he does Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Mixed Martial Arts,” she told them.

6. She Doesn’t Do Cardio

“[My brother] has got me doing circuit training and weightlifting—I never do cardio. A lot of people think that cardio burns off weight better than weightlifting does...but weightlifting works your muscles, getting them toned while losing fat,” she added to Allure.
