1. She’s Done Plyometrics
“It's easy to zone out and mindlessly hop from one piece of equipment to the next when you're at the gym. But the nature of body-weight workouts forces you to focus and get down to business. In fact, if you add plyometric moves — such as lateral jumps, squat jumps or even skipping — to your routine, you can maximize calorie burn in 20 minutes or less,” says the Mayo Clinic.

Yoga! It can help your heart, too. “Major cause of death across the world is coronary artery disease. Bella has enjoyed water with watermelon, orange and lemon, adding flavor without any added sugars. This is so much healthier than energy drinks. “Most energy drinks contain large amounts of caffeine, which can provide a temporary energy boost. Some energy drinks contain sugar and other substances. The boost is short-lived, however, and may be accompanied by other problems,” says the Mayo Clinic.

Due to digestive issues, Thorne revealed she got a colonoscopy. “A colonoscopy is a test that allows a healthcare provider to see inside your large intestine. This procedure is done with a flexible camera called a scope. This test is used to check out symptoms like bleeding, as well as look for polyps and possible signs of colon cancer. It’s recommended that adults start getting colonoscopies at age 45,” says the Cleveland Clinic.
5. She Does This for Her Mental Health
“Here are 4 things I do for my mental health,” she wrote recently:
“1. Self reflection
- Me time — Sun + my dogs always brighten my day and make me happy
- Look in the mirror and tell myself … you can do anything you put your mind to.
- Sometimes before I drift off into sleep I repeat the words I’m happy everything is perfect (almost as if I’m trying to convince myself).
Sometimes u have to convince your self into different mental patterns!! If you have any tips I would love to hear them ❤️”
