Gabriela Barragan is one of the stars of Bravo’s hit reality series, Below Deck Sailing Yacht. The show follows the crew of a boat as they care for clients and sail to amazing locations. Barragan posted a new stunning video on Instagram. In it, she danced in a white bathing suit outside. "@chopdaily Meet the Afro-Americans inspired ✨ #africana #africanancestry #afrolatina," she captioned it. A "natural beauty," said one fan. How does she stay fit? Read on to see 5 ways Gabriela Barragan stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Pushes Herself

Barragan did an interview with The List, where she talked about what it is like for her to be on the show. She says that her personality pushed her to audition for BDSY. “I don't do anything half-assed. It's like, go big, [or] go home. If I'm going to be dramatic, I might as well do it on television." "It's energy that predicts the strength and persistence of behavior. Like vitamins, you have to take some motivation every day. Sometimes that means acting as if you have it when maybe you're not really feeling it," says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She’s Supportive

Barragan tells The List that she has natural instincts to support her other co-stars. “I want everyone to be happy. If everyone's happy, I'm happy. I'm usually trying to give advice and speak life into people. I'm all about praising your friends, hyping people up, and that's usually the role I would play, but it does get sticky when two people are fighting, and you like both of them."

3. She Doesn’t Let Emotions Get In The Way

Barragan admits that she can be emotional, however, she doesn’t let her feelings affect her. When The List asked her what advice she’d give, she answered, “I think I would tell any new yacht crew not to be like, ‘Check your feelings at the door,’ but work through your feelings before you make a big stink about it to everyone that's willing to lend an ear. It doesn't ever end well.”

4. She Does Yoga

Barragan loves to practice yoga. She sometimes will do a session with her co-stars, while they’re sailing. Barraga posted this photo on Instagram of herself and her co-stars practicing yoga. She captioned the post, “If the boys want yoga in the morning, they get yoga in the morning! Namaste ... it’s Monday!” "According to Edward Laskowski, M.D., co-director of Mayo Clinic's Department of Sports Medicine in Rochester, doing yoga in a room that's been heated to anywhere from 80 to 109 degrees with 40 percent humidity is not only good for our mind and spirit, but pretty much our entire body," says the Mayo Clinic.

5. She Swims

Working on a yacht means Barragan gets to travel the world, usually to tropical destinations. And she gets to spend time at those beaches when she has time off. Barragan loves to go swimming as a way to stay in shape. She posted this video on Instagram from Christmas Cove. In it, she got out of the water, and climbed up onto a boat.

Puerto Rican star Gabriela Berlingeri is enjoying some much-needed beach time. The jewelry designer and girlfriend of superstar Bad Bunny shared pictures of herself posing in crystal-clear waters in a green bikini and white sun hat. “More pics from the cam,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Berlingeri stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Lots of Swimming

One glance at Berlingeri’s social media shows how much she loves swimming. “Swimming is one of the few activities that work your whole body,” says the British Heart Foundation. “Breaststroke, backstroke, front crawl, butterfly and even doggy paddle get your legs and arms moving. This in turn works your back and core muscles.”

2. Outdoorsy Type

Berlingeri is no couch potato—she enjoys being outside as much as possible. “I take many of my individual clients and classes outdoors,” says certified fitness instructor ShaNay Norvell. “They often tell me it doesn’t feel like as much of a workout as running on the treadmill, even though they are still getting a great calorie burn.”

3. Snacking on Mango

Mango.,Tropical,Fruits.,On,A,Wooden,Background.,Top,View.,CopyShutterstock

Berlingeri loves fresh sliced mango for an on-the-go snack, which is a great source of vitamin C. "Vitamin C is good for immunity," says Maya Vadiveloo, assistant professor in the department of nutrition and food sciences at the University of Rhode Island. "It's an antioxidant so it can help with oxidative stress in the body. The primary benefit, in addition to being a really good source of vitamin C, is that (mangoes) are a decent source of vitamin A, folate and are pretty high in fiber, which is beneficial for colon cancer prevention, heart disease and weight control."

4. She’s a Singer

Singing and performing are creative endeavors very important to Berlingeri. “Singing at the Estadio Azteca was something I never in my life imagined doing, let alone daring,” she says. “I don't know how I did it, but I did it. I'm thankful for the people who motivated me to achieve it because I couldn't do it alone. Thanks to my mother for giving birth to me in Puerto Rico and with my father for raising me on this island that I love so much.”

5. Blue Therapy

Berlingeri loves to be by the ocean as much as she can. Having access to blue space is shown to have mental health benefits. "Increased views of blue space is significantly associated with lower levels of psychological distress," says Amber L. Pearson, PhD, MPH, assistant professor of health geography and a member of MSU's Water Science Network.

Camila Cabello has been enjoying a vacation with her family in the tropics. However, instead of just spending all day lounging on the beach, throwing down drinks, and feasting on food, she is staying active. On Wednesday the Havana singer shared a photo of her clad in a bikini while breaking a sweat. Read on to find out the workout that is helping Camila Cabello stay in shape while on her vacation—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bikini Photos!

1. Camila is Paddleboarding

camila-cabello-paddleboard-instagramCamila Cabello/Instagram

“Nothin to do nowhere to be,” the 24-year-old captioned a photo of herself standup paddleboarding in a black bikini. The body confident singer stood aboard her board, holding a paddle in the air while posing for a photo. "Stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) has moved away from just a resort sport-something you can only find at fancy beachside properties-to an activity that you can do anywhere you can find a body of water. You can take a SUP class, go on a SUP trip, and rent SUP boards at most sporting goods stores," says Shape.

2. Stand Up Paddleboarding Is a Great Workout

Young,Woman,Doing,Yoga,On,A,Sup,Board,In,TheCamila Cabello/Instagram

A recent study conducted by The American Council on Exercise (ACE) found that standup paddleboarding offers a majorly beneficial core workout and is also a great form of cardio. And, from the look on Camila’s face, it is super fun as well. "ecause SUP involves maintaining your balance on a board with water underfoot, the belief is that your core muscles need to fire more to steady yourself. Study participants paddled at three levels of difficulty-light, somewhat hard, and hard/heavy (but not at maximal exertion). Researchers found that when people paddled at or above a light level of perceived exertion, the erector spinae (muscles of the back) and rectus abdominis (abdominal) muscles were stimulated enough to boost strength. The external obliques, on the other hand, weren't activated enough to improve strength unless people were paddling really hard," says Shape.

3. Camila Continues to Celebrate Her Body

Global Awards 2020Shutterstock

During her beach vacation, Camila has been proudly showing off her curves. In a recent TikTok video titled “I luv my body” that went viral, she explained that she is full of self-confidence. “Being at war with your body is so last season. I am grateful for this body that lets me do what I need to do. We are real women with curves and cellulite and stretch marks and fat and we gotta own that baby!"

4. She is Anti-Airbrush Generally

Camila Cabello attends a performance Of "Dear Evan Hansen"Dave Benett/Getty Images

It’s likely that the star isn’t using any filters or airbrushing her photos either. In 2019, she reminded fans that the bodies seen on social media aren’t always as real as they seem. "I'm writing this for girls like my little sister who are growing up on social media," she wrote in an Instagram story. "They're constantly seeing photoshopped, edited pictures and thinking that's reality, and everyone's eyes get used to seeing airbrushed skin, and suddenly they think THAT'S the norm. It isn't. It's fake. AND FAKE IS BECOMING THE NEW REAL." She added that "a completely unrealistic view of a woman's body," is promoted. "Girls, cellulite is normal. Fat is normal. It's beautiful and natural."

5. She Is Committed to Authenticity

The Global Awards 2020 - VIP AccessDave J Hogan/Getty Images

“No matter who the person is or how much I want to impress them, I’m not going to let that rule how I act, how open I am, or what my opinion is,” she once told Elle about her commitment to self. “I’m just going to be myself. I listen to my gut. That’s all I can do.” "Self-compassion means accepting yourself as the imperfect person that you are. When you embrace the idea that you'll never be perfect, you can accept that mistakes are an important part of your life's journey that contribute to who you are. Being kinder to yourself also boosts your resiliency and makes you kinder and more compassionate toward others," says the Mayo Clinic.

American Pickers star Danielle Colby is sharing one of her favorite hobbies with fans: underwater swimming. Colby posted a photo of herself along with a quote by David Lynch, looking serene in a two piece swimsuit. “Meditation is to dive all the way within, beyond thought, to the source of thought and pure consciousness. It enlarges the container, every time you transcend. When you come out, you come out refreshed, filled with energy and enthusiasm for life,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Colby stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves To Swim

Colby is an accomplished underwater swimmer. "Every time I go for a swim I feel like the earth and my incredible swim colleagues have enabled me to have experienced something pretty amazing," says Dr Jenny Martin, a physician and clinical pharmacologist at the University of Newcastle. "You get a release of hormones that make you feel good, like the molecules that are in morphine drugs, and other feel-good hormones like serotonin, dopamine. After an ocean swim in winter, you sometimes get a temporary natural high when you get out … definitely a euphoric feeling."

2. Paddle Boarding

Colby shares her adventures with paddle boarding on her social media. “I had a breakthrough today with @rinconpaddleboards I have never been able to root myself properly for longer duration. I could get up but it didn’t last long,” she says. “Damiano took the time during our private lesson to break down every detail of what’s happening on the board, in the water and in my body and how to respond for more stability. I have a long way to go and needs to stay lower and work on arm placement but I felt so happy with today’s lesson🎉 I always Learn so much.”

3. She’s a Dancer

Colby is a professional dancer, something she says changed her life from day one. “I discovered Burlesque in Chicago quite some time ago, years and years ago- I was addicted from the first show,” she says. “There’s something very empowering about Burlesque. I started learning right away, I started performing way too soon! There’s some great video footage to prove that. But it’s all been a really fun journey, even watching old videos, it’s cool to see how much more at ease I am with myself and with my audience. But it’s funny, I have maintained the same lumbering stance since I started. There’s nothing delicate about me on stage, I just throw my guts out there and then I walk away and let people sort out what they saw.”

4. Mental Health and Confidence

Colby says giving back to the community is one of the best ways to gain happiness and confidence. “My advice, for what it’s worth… If you’re trying to gain or regain confidence, don’t do it through Burlesque,” she says. “Help in your community, educate yourself, travel, find where your real strength lies.”

5. Embracing Her Unique Looks

Colby is famous for her many tattoos, something she considers a “storyline” for her life. “I don’t think I took collecting tattoos seriously at first,” she says. “I mean my first tattoo was an LBT tribal tramp stamp of a butterfly…Ha! I have definitely acquired some more impressive tattoos since then but I collect them for the story. I’m not afraid of people judging the work I have on my body, it’s a storyline for myself. I love it when my friends work on me, I love to collect the memories, I cannot have an artist work on me that I don’t feel close with. I have to feel a sense of kinship I’ve been very fortunate to find that across-the-board with my tattoo artists.”

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Entertainment India - March 2023

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
