Working on a boat, it is no surprise that Aesha enjoys scuba diving. "So insanely lucky I get to do this stuff with the guests!!!! @captainjchambers always insisted the interior got to get outside too. Diving the Great Barrier Reef has been on my bucket list for a long time so I cried when he told me I was allowed to go. Unforgettable!!!!!" she captioned a post of one of her dives.

She Hikes

Imagine if the cave men got told that!" she captioned this post.

She Does CrossFit

One of Aesha's favorite new workouts? CrossFit. She recently tried it out and shared her workout with her followers. "I actually LOVE CrossFit!!! It was just one class so know but the style was exactly how I like. Rounds where you swap between a couple of exercises so you're always changing. Kind of like F45 but maybe slightly less changes. Father Fitman even touched me with his penis and told me I can be one of seven wives!!!!! (Joking 🤣) This is genuinely not sponsored I just was curious to see for myself what everyone talks about!!!" she captioned her post.

She Plays Tennis

Aesha also plays tennis. Per the USTA, playing tennis just 3 hours per week can reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease by 56%. Another long term study found that tennis players add 9.7 years to their life over sedentary individuals. It is also great for relieving stress, improving bone health, heart health, and losing weight.
