Aesha Scott is enjoying the last days of summer in her swimsuit. The Below Deck star showed off her flat abs and incredible figure in one of her latest social media posts. "Trying to soak up the very last rays of summer! It's already started to turn windy and cold up here in the mountains. Luckily I only have a couple more months and then I'll be escaping to NZ to hit summer down there," she captioned the Instagram post. How does she stay so fit? She Cheats

Aesha eats healthy, most of the time. However, she is always down for a cheat meal. One of her favorite indulgences? Fake dipping cheese. "I know this is tooootally …. gross but who else loves fake cheese [stuff]," she wrote in one of her Instagram Stories.

She Scuba Dives

Working on a boat, it is no surprise that Aesha enjoys scuba diving. "So insanely lucky I get to do this stuff with the guests!!!! @captainjchambers always insisted the interior got to get outside too. Diving the Great Barrier Reef has been on my bucket list for a long time so I cried when he told me I was allowed to go. Unforgettable!!!!!" she captioned a post of one of her dives.

She Hikes

Aesha loves traveling and exploring. One of her favorite activities is hiking, which you can find her doing all over the world. "From climbing mountains to sitting in the sun in MIQ, crazy how planes mean you can be in a completely different environment in a matter of hours or days. Imagine if the cave men got told that!" she captioned this post.

She Does CrossFit

One of Aesha's favorite new workouts? CrossFit. She recently tried it out and shared her workout with her followers. "I actually LOVE CrossFit!!! It was just one class so know but the style was exactly how I like. Rounds where you swap between a couple of exercises so you're always changing. Kind of like F45 but maybe slightly less changes. Father Fitman even touched me with his penis and told me I can be one of seven wives!!!!! She Plays Tennis

Aesha also plays tennis. Per the USTA, playing tennis just 3 hours per week can reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease by 56%.
