Camille Lamb first made waves as a contestant on American Idol. Recently, she was a cast member on the hit Bravo series, Below Deck Mediterranean. 1. She Swims
Lamb spends a lot of time by the water. Her Instagram is full of photos of herself at the beach. Lamb likes to swim to stay in shape. She shared this video of herself snorkeling. Lamb also posted this photo and video of herself about to snorkel in Punta de los Nidos. She captioned it, “Stay wild, ocean child.”
2. She Skates
Lamb does a lot of outdoor activities to stay in shape. Like roller skating and roller blading. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself about to go blading on a sunny day. She captioned the post, “Gliding into Saturday like.” Roller blading is something that can help with balance and cardio health.

In this Instagram post, Lamb talked about how she approaches life. She says that she aims to relax and let things happen. “Time heals almost everything. Give it time.” She also writes, Stop thinking too much. It’s alright not to know the answers. They will come to you when you least expect it.”

In the same Instagram post, Lamb stressed the importance of focusing on herself. She writes, “No one is in charge of your happiness, except you. What other people think of you is none of your business. Don’t compare your life to others and don’t just them. You have no idea what their journey is all about.”
5. She’s Inspired By Her Past
Lamb has a strong connection to her family and her ancestors. In this Instagram post, Lamb talked about how she got into songwriting. “I began writing after my family acquired my great grandfather's personal journal. He was a sea captain and would work out at sea for months before returning home. While at sea, he would send my great grandmother the most beautiful handwritten poems and songs about love. In his journal, he would write poems about the things he experienced on ship. He was very poetic and had a knack for songwriting. The day after I read all of his works I began songwriting.”
