1. She Is an “Outgoing Introvert”

“I’m an outgoing introvert,” Natalia revealed to Teen Vogue. “I love talking to people... but part of me is such a homebody.” One of her favorite topics? “I love talking about my dad,” she said. “It's bittersweet, but I enjoy talking about him more than it's sad for me.”

2. Her Favorite Sport? Volleyball

2022 Vanity Fair Oscar Party Hosted By Radhika Jones - ArrivalsJohn Shearer/Getty Images

Natalia fell in love with volleyball in 2012. “It was the London Olympics. “My mom took me to watch Misty May play beach volleyball,” she told Teen Vogue. “I was watching and [my Mom] was like, ‘Nani, you're going to love this sport. You’re going to love volleyball. I’m calling it right now. I think [my mom] knew I wasn’t confident in my height. She’s like, ‘You’re going to play volleyball. You’re going to get confident because of this. There are all these other tall girls too, so you’re not the only one.” She wanted to play in college, but her father and sister’s tragic deaths derailed her plans. “I love the sport,” she continued. “I quit volleyball after the accident because I was so ... a lot was going on at that time. I knew I didn’t … love volleyball as much as they love basketball. I’m okay with that.”

3. She Skis

Natalia also loves skiing. “It’s so relaxing,” she told Teen Vogue. “You go down the mountain, down different trails. I can’t say that I haven’t [crashed into trees]. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t. But it’s just so relaxing to me. You get space … you get to clear your mind, and you don’t think about anything. You think about what you’re doing in the moment. It’s about being present. Which I love.”

4. She Golfs

Natalia also likes to golf. One of her favorite golfing buddies? “Uncle Pau” Pau Gasol, her late father’s former teammate from the Los Angeles Lakers. “Nani was incredibly today,” the NBA star captioned this video clip of her sinking a hole.

5. She Loves Carbs and Caffeine

While Natalia hasn’t discussed her diet in interviews, she has revealed a few of her favorite things to eat. During an interview with IMG Models, she revealed that her favorite dish is pesto pasta, and one of her first memories of Paris is “eating crepes.” You can also find photos of cake and lattes on her Instagram feed.

6. She Stress Organizes

Natalia “stress organizes,” she revealed to IMG. “I freak out if I get home and there is a mess,” she said. “I stress organize. If I'm ever stressed, I organize my stuff really fast.” "If the constant stream of things to pick up around your home leaves you feeling anxious, you're not alone. Objects have the power to do just that. In fact, when working couples gave tours of their homes, women who used more words describing clutter and disorganization also tended to show levels of the stress hormone cortisol, suggesting chronic stress. On the flip side, those who described their homes as being restful or talked about their beautiful outdoor spaces were less stressed and reported less sad feelings as the day went on," says the Mayo Clinic.

Maya Nazor says she wanted to be famous ever since she was a little girl, and it shows with her confidence in front of the camera. Nazor posted pictures of herself lounging on the ground, wearing a tiny black bathing suit that set off her bright red hair. “Hermosa,” commented one admirer. “Gracias hermosa♥️,” Nazor responded. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Nazor stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves to Dance

One look at Nazor’s social media confirms her love of dance. “When you begin moving, you immediately release the brain chemicals dopamine, adrenaline, and endorphins, causing a powerful and lasting effect I call ‘energized optimism,’” says Kelly McGonigal, PhD, author of The Joy of Movement. “The adrenaline makes you feel powerful, the dopamine generates hope, and the endorphins bring you joy. You’ve created this amazing cocktail that boosts your mood and energy, leads you to experience better social interactions, makes you more likely to progress on your goals, and lowers stress. So dancing doesn’t just make you feel great in the moment. It sets you up to be a better version of yourself.”

2. She Travels Around the World

Nazor is passionate about visiting new places. “Foreign experiences increase both cognitive flexibility and depth and integrativeness of thought, the ability to make deep connections between disparate forms,” says Adam Galinsky, a professor at Columbia Business School. “The key, critical process is multicultural engagement, immersion, and adaptation. Someone who lives abroad and doesn’t engage with the local culture will likely get less of a creative boost than someone who travels abroad and really engages in the local environment.”

3. Self-Confidence

Nazor says she was born to be in front of the camera, and feels confident about being an influencer. “The truth is, I’ve always enjoyed speaking a lot in front of the camera and I can speak easily. As a kid, I pretended I had a TV channel and my own program. It’s a way of expressing myself,” she says.

4. Post Baby Body

Nazor welcomed son Luka last summer, and embraced her post-baby body. "Remind yourself of the miracle you just performed," says Chaye McIntosh, clinical director at ChoicePoint Health in Fairlawn, New Jersey. "Remind yourself that the baby you are now holding in your arms is worth the stretch marks and belly pouch. Remind yourself that you are beautiful just the way you are. And remember that your baby needs a strong, self-assured, and dedicated parent—not just one with a flat tummy."

5. She Loves the Pool

Nazor enjoys being in the water, both in the swimming pool and in the ocean. “Research has shown that being near, in, on or under water can provide a long list of benefits for our mind and body, including lowering stress and anxiety, increasing an overall sense of well-being and happiness, a lower heart and breathing rate, and safe, better workouts,” says marine biologist Wallace J. Nichols.

Gabriela Barragan is one of the stars of Bravo’s hit reality series, Below Deck Sailing Yacht. The show follows the crew of a boat as they care for clients and sail to amazing locations. Barragan posted a new stunning video on Instagram. In it, she danced in a white bathing suit outside. "@chopdaily Meet the Afro-Americans inspired ✨ #africana #africanancestry #afrolatina," she captioned it. A "natural beauty," said one fan. How does she stay fit? Read on to see 5 ways Gabriela Barragan stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Pushes Herself

Barragan did an interview with The List, where she talked about what it is like for her to be on the show. She says that her personality pushed her to audition for BDSY. “I don't do anything half-assed. It's like, go big, [or] go home. If I'm going to be dramatic, I might as well do it on television." "It's energy that predicts the strength and persistence of behavior. Like vitamins, you have to take some motivation every day. Sometimes that means acting as if you have it when maybe you're not really feeling it," says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She’s Supportive

Barragan tells The List that she has natural instincts to support her other co-stars. “I want everyone to be happy. If everyone's happy, I'm happy. I'm usually trying to give advice and speak life into people. I'm all about praising your friends, hyping people up, and that's usually the role I would play, but it does get sticky when two people are fighting, and you like both of them."

3. She Doesn’t Let Emotions Get In The Way

Barragan admits that she can be emotional, however, she doesn’t let her feelings affect her. When The List asked her what advice she’d give, she answered, “I think I would tell any new yacht crew not to be like, ‘Check your feelings at the door,’ but work through your feelings before you make a big stink about it to everyone that's willing to lend an ear. It doesn't ever end well.”

4. She Does Yoga

Barragan loves to practice yoga. She sometimes will do a session with her co-stars, while they’re sailing. Barraga posted this photo on Instagram of herself and her co-stars practicing yoga. She captioned the post, “If the boys want yoga in the morning, they get yoga in the morning! Namaste ... it’s Monday!” "According to Edward Laskowski, M.D., co-director of Mayo Clinic's Department of Sports Medicine in Rochester, doing yoga in a room that's been heated to anywhere from 80 to 109 degrees with 40 percent humidity is not only good for our mind and spirit, but pretty much our entire body," says the Mayo Clinic.

5. She Swims

Working on a yacht means Barragan gets to travel the world, usually to tropical destinations. And she gets to spend time at those beaches when she has time off. Barragan loves to go swimming as a way to stay in shape. She posted this video on Instagram from Christmas Cove. In it, she got out of the water, and climbed up onto a boat.

Vampire Diaries star Nina Dobrev is proof you can have a balanced approach to health and fitness, and still look incredible. The 33-year-old actress posted a photo of herself wearing a one piece swimsuit with pants and a shirt on top, captioning the shot “❣️❣️❣️.” "So beautiful," said one commenter. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 6 ways Dobrev stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Has An At-Home Gym

Dobrev put together an at-home gym so she could continue to work on her fitness during the COVID-19 pandemic. "I started slowly, over time, accumulating equipment and things that I could use to move my workouts at home," Dobrev told Shape. "When I'm done shooting and I have to memorize the next day's work, I can sit on the bike with my script and exercise, and learn my lines for the next day. I'm really proud of my home gym, I use it a lot. It's really nice to have that flexibility of working out, whether it's really early in the morning before I go to set, or really late at night when I get home from set, or after a long flight."

2. “Mama Needs Some Coffee”

Cup,Of,Espresso,CoffeeShutterstock

Dobrev starts her day with “some real strong, strong coffee,” she tells Harper’s Bazaar. “I do a shot of espresso and then I do a regular coffee and I mix them together.” Coffee has been shown to have protective benefits for the liver—but there’s an important caveat. “We have a lot of evidence that coffee is good for the liver,” says liver specialist Jamile Wakim-Fleming, MD. “You have to consume regular coffee — not decaf — daily to get the liver benefits. There’s something inherent about caffeine that is helpful to the liver.”

3. She Free-Dives With Sharks

amfAR Gala Cannes 2022 - ArrivalsLionel Hahn/Getty Images

Dobrev loves free-diving with sharks and is an outspoken proponent of shark conservation. “If you’ve been following me for a while you know how much I love free diving with sharks,” she captioned an Instagram video. “I used to be afraid of them until I got into the water to try to get over my fear. That's when I realized how uninterested in humans they are. Since then, I've gotten to be in the water with so many different kinds of sharks, and it’s been a dream of mine to swim with Tiger sharks specifically, which I FINALLY got to do with @oceanramsey & @juansharks.”

4. She Loves Bread

Celebrities Visit SiriusXM - March 5, 2020Astrid Stawiarz/Getty Images

Dobrev is not interested in a carb-free lifestyle—the actress loves to eat bread. “Sometimes you eat the bread basket, and sometimes the bread basket eats you 🥖,” she captioned a tongue-in-cheek Instagram snap. “Traditional sourdough undergoes a slow fermentation process, the result of which is an increase in the bioavailability of the bread’s vitamins and minerals,” says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. “This process also starts the breakdown of protein (including gluten), making sourdough easier to digest. Research suggests that the fermentation process improves the bioavailability of fiber and minerals. This is because a naturally occurring compound found in grains, called phytic acid, is broken down and this enables us to access the grain’s nutrients more readily.”

5. She’s a Yogi

"Run This Town" Canadian PremiereGeorge Pimentel/Getty Images

Dobrev has a background in gymnastics and is a regular practitioner of yoga. “Despite popular belief, yoga is more than just a physical practice—yoga is a complete program of how to live in the world,” board-certified internal medicine physician and registered yoga teacher Ingrid Yang, MD, tells SELF. “You never hold any posture for too long; therefore, if you dislike a posture, you know you’ll get to move on soon enough. And if you love a posture, you learn to let it go because you cannot dwell in only the things you like—the next posture will be called out soon enough. Thus, it teaches us the natural rhythms of life. When you are uncomfortable, you learn to sit with discomfort because you know it will pass. When you are joyful and want to hold onto something, you learn to let it go because things inevitably change.”

6. She Mixes Up Her Workouts

Louis Vuitton's "200 Trunks, 200 Visionaries: The Exhibition"Phillip Faraone/WireImage

Dobrev loves to mix up her workouts, enjoying a “workout cocktail” of running, yoga, boxing, weight training, and walking her dog, Maverick. “I’m getting older and more conscious of what I eat and how I eat it and what I do,” she says. “Doing something different [each day] has been the most fun, and I’ve seen the most benefit because you shock your system. I need to sweat every single day somehow, even if it’s just in the steam room. Some days are better than others, I’ll be honest with you. Some days, Maverick gets a shorter walk than she probably deserves, if I’m running late or don’t have it together or press the snooze button 18 times too many.”

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
