During Scarlett’s first appearance on Below Deck, she revealed that she has a strong relationship with the ocean. "I love it," she said. "On the water, so it's my happy place." She also revealed that she got into yachting via a former flame. "The first guy I dated when I moved to San Diego was actually a boat captain. We went out on the water the same day, and then it just became my life," she said. "It's just, like, weird." Recently, she has found a new water activity that she loves: Surfing.

5. She Does HIIT Workouts

Scarlett also does high intensity interval training (HIIT) style workouts. This type of training is one of the most efficient ways to workout and involves short bouts of intense exercise lasting anywhere from 10 to 60 seconds, followed by a rest period. Then, the cycle is repeated. This cycle of hard work and recovery is repeated anywhere from 3 to 10 times, depending on the workout.
