I believe in balance. I believe in sleep, I believe in living, I believe in french fries, I believe in alcohol, and I believe in not being crazy.” One of her favorite foods? Bagels. “The bagel adventures continue! If loving bagels is wrong then I don’t want to be right!!!” she captioned one of her videos. “I eat chocolate every day,” she added in another video. "I’m old enough to know that fat-free was a craze, low-carb, eat your weight in meat and cheese was a phase, keto is a fad, the Zone was a moment, and so on .... so yes, I eat carbs. I eat everything, but I don’t binge," Bethenny told Good Housekeeping. "What I eat has no consistency. Today, it was an egg white vegetable omelet with a baked potato and a few french fries for lunch. Sometimes, it's arugula with tomato, avocado, and Parmesan. Pureed soups are a mainstay for me."
5. Here Is What She Drinks
Bethenny revealed to Good Housekeeping that she loves matcha almond milk lattes and Skinnygirl coffee pods with almond milk creamer.
