Real Housewife and SkinnyGirl founder Bethenny Frankel shared a new photo from a vacation with her fiance. She posted a new swimsuit photo that featured her fiance walking out in the background. She Doesn't Use Social Media Filters


Frankel posted a photo of herself in her bra and underwear in August. She revealed in the captioned that she doesn't use social media filters, and encouraged others to do so. "If I were a "filterer" I would have gotten rid of my lines and my dark circles, but this is me at 50," she wrote. "Why do I mention this all the time? Because I think it's important for young women to know that being flawed is truthful and real, and that filtering yourself into someone fictitious is actually damaging to girls' and women's self esteem. It's courageous and beautiful to be real at any age. I realize that fake and filtered sells, but I'm happy over here with my followers who appreciate the difference." 


She Enjoys The Water


Frankel is a big fan of going to the beach and going swimming. She posts several photos from the beach and in the pool. Frankel posted this photo of herself swimming in August. She captioned the photo, "Summer of love."


She Exercises When She Can

Frankel revealed her approach to exercise in a photo from Instagram. Frankel says that while she doesn't have an exercise routine, she makes sure to exercise when she can. She writes, "My philosophy on eating & exercise is to do what you can when you can. I choose time with my daughter & sleep first. If I'm near a beach, I take an hour walk. If I have the time, I'll do a yoga dvd. I don't believe in fear based, torturous, aggressive exercise." Frankel also wrote, "Life is too short and stressful to dread doing something for an hour. In addition, extreme exercise creates extreme hunger."


She Has A Good Relationship With Food

In the same post, Frankel says that when it comes to food, she tries not to stress too much. Instead, Frankel focuses on having a good relationship with food. "I love food and eat whatever I want but I NEVER binge. I don't beat myself up about what I've eaten or praise myself about what I haven't. Food isn't your best friend or your enemy. It's just food. I have a good relationship with it."


She Avoids Artificial Food

Frankel says to HollywoodLife that she tries to eat healthy, and avoids artificial foods. "I do not eat a lot of 'fake' foods. I'll eat cake and fries but nothing brightly colored or artificial." Frankel revealed that she likes salads, veggie burgers, egg whites, and steak in the interview.
