Over the weekend, the reality star and entrepreneur flaunted her fabulous figure in a mismatched two-piece. “I once said on TV: ‘What the F am I wearing?’” she started the caption accompanying the image of herself in striped top and high waisted bottoms. “I’m pretty sure the only person that likes this bathing suit on me is the person who sold it to me.…am I too old or too young to be wearing diapers??? #worstdressed Ps. 1. She Doesn’t Do Fad Diets
Bethenny stays away from trendy diets and focuses on lifestyle instead. “I’m old enough to know that fat-free was a craze, low-carb, eat your weight in meat and cheese was a phase, keto is a fad, the Zone was a moment, and so on .... so yes, I eat carbs. I eat everything, but I don’t binge," she told Good Housekeeping.
2. She Eats Two Healthy Meals a Day

Bethenny eats two meals per day. "What I eat has no consistency," she told Good Housekeeping. "Today, it was an egg white vegetable omelet with a baked potato and a few french fries for lunch. Sometimes, it's arugula with tomato, avocado, and Parmesan. Pureed soups are a mainstay for me."
3. She Doesn’t Work Out a Lot
Bethenny does not stress about exercise. "My philosophy on eating and exercise is to do what you can when you can," she said in a 2019 Instagram post. “If I’m near a beach, I take an hour walk. If I have the time, I’ll do a yoga DVD. I don’t believe in fear based, torturous, aggressive exercise. Life is too short and stressful to dread doing something for an hour. In addition, extreme exercise creates extreme hunger."
4. She Prioritizes Sleep

Bethenny makes sure to get enough zzz's. “I choose time with my daughter and sleep first,” she wrote in the same Instagram post.
5. She Doesn’t Binge Eat

Bethenny eats what she wants, but does so in moderation and avoids overindulging. “I love food and eat whatever I want but I NEVER binge,” she revealed in the Instagram post. “I don’t beat myself up about what I’ve eaten or praise myself about what I haven’t. Food isn’t your best friend or your enemy. It’s just food. I have a good relationship with it.”
6. She Prioritizes Self-Care
Bethenny takes care of herself. “People always ask me if I ever relax….I’m very insular & I love to hit pause & heal. Beach walks, swimming, sleep & selfcare are my therapy,” she wrote on Instagram recently.
