She Gets Her Beauty Sleep

One personal habit or routine that has had a significant positive impact on Bethenny's overall well-being is getting the rest she needs. "I try to prioritize sleep which is a try discipline and sometimes hard," she revealed.

She Refuses to Feel Guilt About Food

In her book, "Naturally Thin," Bethenny discusses her approach to mindful eating. "I always indulge and I don't believe in guilt about food. It's not your bff or enemy. The key is allowing and learning how to balance and come from a healthy place with food without food noise," she told us about her relationship with eating.

She Is Also "Present" and "Organized" in Her Personal Life

Bethenny keeps her life balanced between her family life and career. "I am present in both, organized in both, and I am so grateful for both. I never take it for granted and I love both. The balance is being true to each on that moment versus divided in everything," she says.

She Doesn't Strive for Perfection

Bethenny understands that she doesn't have to be perfect. "Even if it's not okay and you're not okay, it's still okay. Take a moment. Take a breath and know you're doing the best you can in this circumstance. It won't be perfect," she said.

She Doesn't Exercise

"I get asked this all the time," Bethenny told People when asked how she stays thin. "I don't exercise. I do what I can, when I can," she continued. "I'll snowboard if I can, I'll surf if I can. I'll walk on the beach… but I choose sleep first.
