Balti revealed some of her workout secrets to Women Fitness. She admits that because of her busy schedule, she doesn’t always have time to go to the gym. However, she likes to workout at home. “I don’t have much of a secret. I strive to find the time to exercise. I have TRX and a Pilates ball in my backyard to squeeze in exercise while my daughter plays around me.”

2. She Focuses On Portions, Not Diets

Balti tells Women Fitness that when it comes to eating, she doesn’t put herself on a diet, she just focuses on staying healthy. “I don’t have a diet, unless you call eating healthy a diet!” Balti says that she focuses more on portions, especially after having her second child. “When I had my second baby, though, I had to reduce my portions.”

3. She Worked Hard

After having her second child, Balti had to prepare for her Sports Illustrated shoot. She tells Women Fitness that she worked hard to get back in shape, and stayed motivated. “I don’t believe in being in your best shape the day after, that can’t be natural. I had to wait a good month before I could even start exercising. After that I began working with my personal trainer twice a day. I ate smaller portions of food consistently throughout the day. I spent the days breastfeeding, sleeping, exercising, and having lymphatic draining massages three times a week. I did all of that because it was my job, otherwise it would have taken me a lot longer to get back into shape.”

4. She Stays Positive

Balti makes sure to focus on the positive things in life. She tells Women Fitness that this is one of her biggest pieces of advice for others. “Always focus on the positive,” she said. “Make sure to feed your soul and life with all that you decide to focus your attention to. Always see the glass half full and your life will be rich.”

5. She Wants To Inspire Her Daughters

Balti has two daughters, and she wants to be a good role model for them. She tells People that she wants them to feel like they can go for their dreams. “They can do whatever they want, if you really want something, you visualize it and you go for it, and with me it happens all the time,” Balti says. “I just want them to feel like they can be whatever they want. They can be mothers, or they can choose not to have kids, for example.”

Bianca has struggled with body image issues her whole life. "I have body dysmorphia so I am never going to be entirely happy with the way that I look. It is in my nature to find fault with some aspect of my appearance,” she confessed to Closer.

Bianca makes sure to exercise and follow some other healthy habits. “Drink your water. Exercise. Go make some money. Do your affirmations. Always be more kinder than necessary. Start a business. Mind your own business. Radiate love. Learn new languages. Speak your feelings. Forgive. Heal. Surround your self with people that love you for you,” she captioned a recent post advocating self-care and love.

3. She Runs

One way Bianca stays in shape is by going for regular runs. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

4. She Snorkels

Bianca loves snorkling. “A Magical Whale Shark Moment 🦈🤍 This is a massive bucket list tick for me I cried with joy swimming with these amazing creatures it I didn’t seem real,” she captioned a post of herself snorkeling. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. My weight has always yo-yoed and it is a lot harder to stay in shape when you are working all night. My diet can be rubbish and it is difficult to summon up the energy to go to the gym when you have been working all night,” Bianca told Closer. She dropped three dress sizes and lost a ton of weight by working out three or four times a week and swapping two meals a day with Forza supplements. "But I am in the best shape of my life and I am as happy as I am ever going to be with my weight and body shape,” she said.

She Does Squats

Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”
