Bianca Belair in Bathing Suit Says "No Rest for the Best"

Bianca Belair is one of the most well-known female wrestlers right now. Last year, she won the Women's Royal Rumble Match, and was first on the list of top 150 female wrestlers by Pro Wrestling Illustrated. She just shared some of her training highlights on Instagram. In it, Belair posed in a red bikini and an orange one, showing off her figure. She captioned it, "No rest from the best." How does she stay so fit? She Doesn't Diet

Belair opened up about her approach to eating to Women's Health. She says that she has found what works best for her. Belair says that she avoids dieting and restricting herself. "I feel like every woman has this moment where they have to figure out what works for them. For me, I don't do diets because I find myself becoming a little obsessive."

She Believes In Moderation

Belair has to eat healthy to keep up with her career. However, she still makes time for her favorite indulgences. She tells Women's Health that she makes sure to find a balance. "Everything in moderation. I don't believe in overindulging or in depriving myself of anything."

She Has A Better Approach To Dieting

Belair is open about her previous struggles with bulimia. Luckily, she has a better approach to food and eating.  She tells Women's Health, "I was very obsessive. Food was actually my enemy. I wasn't using it to fuel my body…I've had to learn that food is not my enemy. I work out once or twice a day and I'm lifting super heavy weights. I need fuel to keep going."

She Eats A Light Lunch

Belair broke down her typical meals and workouts to Women's Health. She says that she usually eats a light lunch, an hour before she works out. "I give myself time because I don't like working out on a full stomach," she says. "I usually try to get something pretty quick, like a pre-packaged salad, so I can just open it up and eat a salad for lunch."

She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Belair revealed her favorite workouts to Muscle and Fitness. She says that she does a lot of different things to stay in shape. "My training is basically strength training," says Belair. "I do agility training. I do a lot of CrossFit-type of stuff and we have a great coach at the Performance Center, Sean Hayes, who does all types of powerlifting and just general strength."
