1. She Teaches Bikram Yoga
After leaving TOWIE, Mucklow decided to put her focus on teaching yoga. Mucklow specializes in Bikram and hot yoga. According to her bio on her website, Mucklow got her yoga teaching certification in 2011 in Los Angeles.
2. She Strength Trains
One of the ways Mucklow got her summer body was by doing strength training. She posted this series of videos on Instagram of herself using weights and doing strength based exercises.
3. She Sets Little Goals Each Week
After giving birth to her first child, Mucklow said she struggled to lose the weight from her pregnancy. In order to help her do this, she said that she had to take it slow, and she would set small goals for her to accomplish. She told The Daily Star, “I learnt to set little goals each week and not to think about the overall amount I wanted to lose, which really helped me."
4. She Took Supplements
Mucklow told The Daily Star that after having her first child, she didn’t always have time to work out or teach yoga classes. 5. She Horseback Rides
Mucklow and Carroll took a trip to gorgeous Cape Town, South Africa in February 2020. And one of the activities they decided to do there was horseback riding. Mucklow posted this series of photos on Instagram of the two of them riding on the beach, and even in the ocean.
