1. She Is Open About Her Body Image Issues
Eilish has battled body image issues and openly discusses her struggles. Her body “was the initial reason for my depression when I was younger” and the situation worsened as she got older and began cutting she told Vogue UK. “I think that the people around me were more worried about it than I was, because the reason I used to cut myself was because of my body,” she added to Vanity Fair. “To be quite honest with you, I only started wearing baggy clothes because of my body.”
2. She Isn’t Against Plastic Surgery

Billie doesn’t judge anyone when it comes to plastic surgery. “It’s all about what makes you feel good. If you want to get surgery, go get surgery. If you want to wear a dress that somebody thinks that you look too big wearing, f**k it – if you feel like you look good, you look good,” she told Vogue.
3. She Has Become a Gym Rat

In a recent interview with Apple Music Billie revealed that she has found a new appreciation for exercise, after starting a program to get her body ready for grueling performances. "I have been working on my bones and my body for the last — since [getting injured] really," she said, referencing spraining her ankle during a show in Milan. "And more seriously for the last, like, four months, I've been like completely changing the way that my life is involving fitness. Like I'm a gym rat now, like when…did that happen? I don't know but it did,” she continued, saying that exercise “changed her life” physically and mentally. “I know that's something a lot of people do, but that was not a thing I did. And it's become such an incredibly huge part of my life and it makes me feel so much better as a person and the way that I can move on stage now, I feel so much better."
4. She Gets a Lot of Sleep

Eilish tries to go to bed early and wake up early. “It makes the day so much longer,” she told Vogue. If she can’t sleep, she uses a meditation app.
5. She Eats Vegan

Billie has maintained a vegan diet since 2014. “There were a lot of reasons,” she wrote in a 2018 Tumblr post about why she decided to ditch all animal products. “I love animals and I just think there’s no point in creating something out of an animal when the animal is already there. Leave animals alone. Damn. Also, I’m lactose intolerant and dairy is horrible for your skin and my skin is VERY aware of that.”
6. She Doesn’t Drink Alcohol
Eilish stays away from alcohol. “When I was growing up and I was around my group of friends back then,” she said, “and they would all be drinking and smoking and doing drugs and whatever, I think because of the way that my personality is—I’m a very strong-willed person, and I think at the time I was very alpha—I’m coming to realize that I may have felt a feeling of superiority.”

Billie, who once battled an eating disorder, tries to nourish her body with food. "Five years ago, I wasn’t really eating. I was, like, starving myself," she told Vanity Fair. "I remember taking a pill that told me that it would make me lose weight and it only made me pee the bed—when I was twelve."
