Binky Felstead, the Made in Chelsea star, is enjoying time by the water. She just took a boat ride, and shared photos to her Instagram story. Felstead posted a selfie of herself sitting on a boat. She Eats Healthy
Felstead revealed her favorite healthy meals to HealthWellBeing.com. "I don't really have breakfast, instead I have an early lunch. Usually that's salmon or meat with loads of veggies. I eat chicken and fish and try not to have too much red meat. For dinner, I usually have a salad-based protein meal. Max, my partner, and I love our spice and we do quite big portions."
She Walks
Felstead does a lot of different exercises. She tells HealthWellBeing.com that she likes to go on walks. "When Max and I haven't got anything on at the weekend we do a long three-hour walk. It's so good for your health and your mental wellbeing. Getting out there; getting some fresh air – I love it!"
She Does High Intensity Workouts
Felstead's favorite workouts are high-intensity ones. She tells HealthWellBeing.com that she does a lot of different workouts with her trainer. "I do high intensity bodyweight workouts nearly every day," she says. "We mix it up with strength and high intensity because I like getting a sweat on."
She's Consistent
After having her daughter, Felstead was ready to get back in shape. She tells Express that she is working on being consistent, as it is the best way to meet her goals. "It isn't going to happen overnight," she says. "I know that by training consistently, eating healthy meals and setting short term goals, I will eventually reach my target."
She Makes Time To Workout
Felstead is extremely busy, which means she doesn't always have time to go to the gym, or work with her trainer. However, she tells Express that she always makes time for a quick workout each day. Felstead says that she will sometimes do a quick at-home workout. "Training plays an important role in both my mental and physical wellbeing," she says. "No matter how busy I get, I always try to do some form of exercise, even if it's only 20 minutes at home."
