Blac Chyna has never been afraid of showing off her incredible figure on social media. She just posted a stunning new selfie to Instagram. In it, Chyna wore her hair in a curly up-do with pink streaks in it. She also wore a matching pink bathing suit. Chyna captioned the post with a pink heart. How does she stay so fit? She Adds Weights

Chyna shared some of her favorite exercises and workout tips in this video with Life & Style. She says that she likes to use weights when she works out. Particularly, when she is doing lower body and leg workouts, like press-ups. "I like to add more weight because I'm a little bit more advanced," she says.

She Works Out At Home

Chyna has a very busy schedule. So naturally, she doesn't always have time to go to the gym. Her solution? At home workouts. In her video with Life & Style, Chyna says that she does quick at home workouts on her busier days. "I can't make it to the gym, obviously, so I'm just gonna do a few workouts in the house."

She Drinks Two Cups Of Coffee In The Mornings

In another video for Life & Style, Chyna talks about what she eats in a day. She says that she likes to start her day off with not one, but two cups of coffee. One first thing in the morning, and the other later. "I start my day off with either a double espresso, or black coffee. I might add a little bit of creamer. I'll have another cup of coffee just to kind of curb my appetite."

She Watches Her Portions

When it comes to eating, especially meals, Chyna practices portion control. She tells Life & Style, "I try to keep everything super portional." She says that she does this since she spends a lot of time at home, and doesn't want to overeat each day.

She Drinks Water

Chyna does a lot of things to stop herself from feeling hungry all the time. She also makes sure to stay hydrated each day. She says that these are the reasons she likes to drink water each day. She explains to Life & Style, "If you do feel like you're hungry, if you drink a big glass of water, and wait like 30 minutes, you probably won't be as hungry.
