1. She Does Yoga and Dances

Blair does a lot of yoga and dances. “My friend is a professional yoga instructor and I’m a professional I d I o t :)))))) anyway if you want really fun tweaking dance classes, yoga, heels classes go see my friend Sasha @sashalifestyle.co in Miami it’s literally the most fun you can have while ‘working out’ (I don’t work out I dance and vibeeeeee,” she captioned this post.

2. She Hydrates

Blair makes sure to stay hydrated. Here she is sipping out of a coconut. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

3. She Drinks Coffee

Blair loves drinking coffee and so should you. A 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.

4. She Goes for Walks

Blair loves going for walks – especially on the beach. “Nothing I love more than the sea. Are you a summer or winter person?” she captioned this photo. Why should you take a daily walk? One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

5. She Eats Healthy Pancakes for Breakfast

Blair’s favorite breakfast? “Healthy pancakes.” She revealed the recipe on Instagram. “Easiest pancakes on planet mars! ~420 calories,” she wrote, revealing the following recipe”

1 banana (large,thiccc)

As much cinnamon as you like

Almond flour 50g

1 egg

Pinch of baking soda

Pinch of salt

Teaspoon coconut oil

“And lots and LOTS of coconut oil on the pan because they stick and burn a lot!! Cook on medium to low heat covered,NOT HIGH like me lol

Top with whatever, nuts, seeds, almond butter, and fruits you have laying around<3
