We all want Blake Lively's life. And her recent Instagram post proves it. Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, recently enjoyed a beach day with their family. Lively shared some highlights on her page, and made sure to look stunning. In one photo, she posed in a black bathing suit. In another, she wore a white and brown patterned top and paisley pants. She Varies Her Workouts

Lively works with trainer, Don Saladino to help her stay in shape. Saladino shared some of her secrets to Well + Good. He says that while they have a schedule, it varies depending on what Lively is doing in her professional and personal life. "Just because you see a celebrity workout plan, it doesn't mean that it's exactly the same formula that helped them get in shape," he says. "If a leg day was set up for a Monday for Blake, but she was flying home the night before and stayed up all night with the baby and was exhausted, I'm not gonna make her do the full workout."

She's Consistent

Saladino tells E! News that Lively is extremely consistent with her workouts. "As she'll admit, like, some days her kids might be up all night or something's going on just like a normal mom has to deal with, but I really believe that Blake's success recently is an effort to make time and do the best that she can. Sometimes things could get in her way or sometimes things will pop up and she accepts it and she moves on. That's really it."

She Has A Good Mindset

Saladino says that Lively has a good mindset when it comes to exercise. "She's really trying to show that level of consistency and I think that's what it comes down to," he said to E! News. "That's a good line that Blake and I have. If we're gonna come into a session, it's not about going into every session with a Rocky-type mentality…It's just that most people out there have to understand that this isn't about coming in and stepping on the gas and going as hard as you can every work out. That's the biggest mistake that people make. The reality is, it's never gonna be a perfect scenario, right? There's always going to be things getting in your way. That's just life. Just get in there and move."

She Likes a Colorful Plate

In addition to working out, Saladino also helps Lively with her diet. He shared his approach to E! News. "Your plate should look colorful," Saladino shared. "Your plate should have your protein on it. Your plate should have your vegetables on it. Your plate should have your slow burning carbohydrates on it. And that's not ever going to change."

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Lively has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her secrets to Vogue. Lively says that when she has time off, she opts to not wear too much makeup to let her skin breathe. "On a day-to-day basis I just normally wear sunscreen, tinted moisturizer and nothing else really. Nothing really make-uppy."
