She Doesn't Need Equipment
Tiesi posts several workout and fitness videos on her Instagram. She doesn't always use equipment or go to the gym to do a workout. She posted this video from Runyon Canyon, of herself and a friend doing a lower body and arm workout. They are seen doing sets of squat jumps, lunges, side lunges, bench jumps, squat walks, and push-ups. She captioned the post, "No equipment booty and arm workout."
She Uses Resistance Bands
While Tiesi encourages her followers that they don't need equipment to stay in shape, she does sometimes use equipment in her workouts. One thing she likes to use is a resistance band. She posted this video on Instagram of herself doing an upper body and arm workout with the band. In the video, she is seen doing exercises like arm extensions, lateral pulldowns, and shoulder flares.
She Works Out Her Abs
Tiesi has an amazing set of abs, which means she does a lot of core workouts. She posted this video on Instagram of some of her favorite ab exercises. In the video, she is seen doing exercises like, Russian twists, plank jacks, and leg lifts with flutter kicks, all with bands. She captioned the video, "Abs/Core can be done with or without bands. You can add in a weighted medicine ball or ankle weights for extra credit!"
She Visualizes Her Goals
On Tiesi's website, she shares her tips on how to stay motivated to work out. She says that a way she stays motivated is by setting goals and visualization. "I believe so strongly in speaking things into existence and visualizing what I want! For example, I want to be in the best shape of my life. I visualize my version of that from head to toe! Every time I want to quit, I visualize the best shape of my life (that perfect flat tummy, that nice round bootay and small waist giving that hourglass look). Girls, you all know what I'm talking about! And that reminder helps me finish!"
She Switches It Up
On the same post, Tiesi reveals that she stays motivated by doing a variety of workouts. "A key to staying motivated is making sure to switch things up when your regular routine has run its course. If you always run or jog, and you begin to become bored, try a swim class or a bike ride. If weight lifting is your go-to workout, consider swapping in hiking or speed walking occasionally. Variety is the spice of life! It will help you remain engaged and interested in working out rather than feeling like a hamster on a wheel. I tend to constantly apply this. Since I do love a lot of diverse workouts I will switch it up. One week I will do yoga and boxing the next heavy weight training with pilates."
