In a recent Instagram post Phoebe revealed that she shies away from animal products. “I mostly eat a plant based diet but there’s still so much more that I could be doing to help shape the world that we and the next generation will live in,” she wrote. “You don’t have to become vegan overnight or ride a bike to work every single day. But little daily choices like consuming less meat and cutting down on plastic all make an impact.”

2. Phoebe Rides Instead of Drives

Phoebe practices what she preaches when it comes to riding instead of driving. She has shared a bunch of photos of herself riding a bike, which appears to be one of her go-to fitness tools. Over the pandemic, Phoebe also encouraged fans to “sweat it out” as one of the ways to get through quarantine.

3. Sabrina Surfs

According to her Instagram feed, Sabrina is a bag fan of the ocean and even surfs. "In addition to providing a good cardio workout (try paddling over waves and see how hard your heart pounds), surfing is a whole-body workout." Patrick Murphy, owner of Venice-based Learn to Surf LA "says that paddling mostly works the upper back muscles and the deltoids (shoulder muscles). Then comes the push-up from a lying position to a squat before standing, which employs the pectorals (chest muscles) and the triceps (muscles on the back of the upper arm). Staying upright on the board challenges core muscles that stabilize the body as the board glides over the water," says the Los Angeles Times.

Food appears to be one of Sabrina’s passions. Her Instagram feed is filled with some of her favorite meals, including pasta, pastries, and even the American go-to, burger, fries, and milkshake.

Carmen Electra posted a video of herself dancing to “Coming in Hot.” “I don’t go to the gym every day,” she once told the Cut. “Usually when I’m on break, I’ve already danced a lot so I’m okay for a while. Sometimes I work out at my house. I’ll do some lunges, something simple like that. Otherwise I’ll go to the gym. I’ve only had one trainer in my life, and I realized that because of my dance background, I already have discipline and I don’t need to be pushed. I think I’ve saved a lot of money too. Saweetie went “off the grid,” posting snapshots from the beach. The trip came shortly after her big McDonalds collab. "I'm super excited. It's like the best feeling ever. Bridgerton star Simone Ashley says she loves Los Angeles because she gets to enjoy the beautiful year-round sunny climate—and she’s sharing that sentiment on her social media with some glowing snaps. Ashley went through intense training for her Bridgerton role. “With Bridgerton, it’s much more intense than Sex Education in the sense that if I’m not filming, I’m horse riding, training or in rehearsals,” she says. “I’m in accent training or I’m in a fitting. I’ve never really worn a corset before, so that took some getting used to! My body definitely changed a little bit wearing it and that kind of changed my posture a lot to suit the era. Horse riding… I’ve never really ridden before. I rode once, years ago, but I did some intense training for that and it turns out I’m a natural at it so that’s a great thing!”

Ashley’s favorite dish is curry made by her mother. “I like making breakfast; whether it’s a smoothie or just scrambled eggs, it’s the first thing I think about, to be honest, in the morning,” she says. “I’m South Indian, so I’m Tamil, and the food… I mean my mum, she cooks the most amazing food. I love cooking. I don’t really get to do it much with traveling around all the time and being on set, so it’s nice and a bit therapeutic to use my brain in a different way.”

3. Corset Troubles

Ashley learned the hard way how difficult it is to wear a corset all day. "On my first day, I was like, 'OK, first day as a leading lady, got to eat lots of food, be really energized.' So, I had this massive portion of salmon and that's when I needed to be sick, basically because I was wearing the corset,” she says. “I realized when you wear the corset, you just don’t eat. It changes your body. I had a smaller waist very momentarily. Then the minute you stop wearing it, you're just back to how your body is. I had a lot of pain with the corset, too, I think I tore my shoulder at one point!"

4. Not Academic

Ashley struggled with academics when growing up in the UK. "I failed at everything in school,” she says. “It was just my attention that was bad. I was awful – at maths, all of that stuff. Just had no interest. And my brother would force me and sit me down, bless him, and get me to revise, get me to study. He tried so hard and I just had zero interest in it. I was very stubborn in that sense. If I didn’t like it, then I just wouldn’t do it."

5. Hiking and Sunshine

Ashley took full advantage of the outdoors hiking scene while working in Los Angeles. “I do love LA,” she says. “I have more fun here, when I’m out here, and I eat better; I think it’s the sun. It just makes me feel a bit more energized and proactive. I used to drive a little Mustang when I was living out here, and I loved it. I’d always have Fleetwood Mac blasting and I’d just take off. I grew up listening to that kind of music. The Doors, Rolling Stones, Fleetwood.”

She revealed that she did a lot of new exercises to help her prepare. “I incorporated pilates into my workout routine, because I feel like there's something so holistic about pilates, and opening your rib cage and actually focusing on breathing."

2. Bella Thorne

Actress Bella Thorne has never been afraid to show off her body. She posted a new reel on Instagram of herself enjoying a day on a boat in Cabo, while wearing a white bikini. Thorne has this body for a reason. She told HollywoodLife that she didn’t let the pandemic stop her from living a healthy lifestyle. She says that she did a lot of at-home workouts, citing, “Yoga, some weight training, and a bit of boxing,” as her favorites.

Model Rebecca Judd took a trip to gorgeous Whitehaven Beach, and she broke out a black bikini for the occasion. Judd tells BodyAndSoul that she makes sure to check in with herself during her busy days, and does things that help her deal with stress. “I’m always conscious of checking in on myself and how I’m feeling and thinking. I have strategies I use when I’m feeling stressed or struggling to focus. They usually involve deep breathing or doing an at-home pilates class or other little things like writing lists and putting my phone away so I’m more present with my children.”

Wellness is extremely important to actress Alyssa Milano, and she revealed her definition of it to The Cut. “It’s an overall sense of feeling good, whether that be mentally or physically or health-wise. Just feeling good about who you are and the choices you make. Honestly, I think it’s really important that we take care of ourselves, and with the amount of things that I juggle in a day, as far as trying to balance motherhood and being a working mom, I don’t think I could do it without a sense of wellness.”

Love Island and Dancing on Ice star Liberty Poole spent time in a jacuzzi this week. In the photo she posted on Instagram, Poole’s incredible skin was on display. I don't know if you can still even call it a trend at this point because it's been around for a long time now. For me, I never get sick of it. It's just a great workout. 7. Gemma Atkinson

Actress, author, and BBC radio host, Gemma Atkinson, rocked a pale green bikini on Instagram this week. In an interview with GettheGloss.com, Atkinson revealed some of her workout secrets, including that she likes to plan out her workouts for the next day. “I write my programme down the night before, and find the workout sets me up for the day, and helps give me some structure. It really helps to give me focus and provides a boost of natural endorphins.”

8. Charlotte Crosby

Geordie Shore star, Charlotte Crosby, enjoyed a pool day this week, and she wore a strapless brown one piece there. Crosby opened up about her wellness secrets in an interview with NowToLove. She revealed that she isn’t afraid to have some “cheat days”, once in a while, and that they help her stick to her healthy lifestyle. “You don't have to be stupidly disciplined. It's about having a balance of everything. It's important to allow yourself a cheat day or two, otherwise you have more chance of quitting altogether. Bridgerton star Nicola Coughlan had some fun playing dress-up as a 1970s rock star, and shared the photos on her Instagram page. 1. Drinking Lots of Water

Coughlan tries to keep up with her water intake throughout the day. “Drinking lots of water has always been really important for glowing skin, but often on set, you don’t get to drink enough because you’re in a corset all day or away from a bathroom,” she says. “I had to always be really cognisant of hydrating my skin in other ways, so I used a lot of the hydrating products from Barbara Sturm, like this amazing hydrating mist. Then in the evenings, I use an oil-based makeup remover from Lush (I used to work in their stores and have always had a passion for their products), followed by a plumping hyaluronic acid serum and a nice moisturizing cream. Oh, and I always use eye and neck cream.”

2. Having Fun With Makeup

Coughlan embraces the power of makeup as something for self-confidence. “When I was younger, I used to be terrified to step out without makeup,” she says. “It was like it was the worst thing in the world. Then I went to drama school, where you’re not allowed to wear makeup so you can adapt to any character necessary. I was horrified. But eventually, it taught me to accept myself in my own skin and made room for makeup to become a fun thing, not a defensive thing. Now, I love makeup, and I love being able to celebrate it, but I can totally go without it.”

3. Easy on the Filters

Coughlan is mindful about how she uses filters on social media. “I'll never use filters to try and be deceptive,” she says. “If I use them it's always to make the picture look more professional, but I'm not using them to alter my face or body, I think that can be quite damaging. I love to share my make-up looks and those fun things but that's not my everyday, I'm heading to set right now in a tracksuit and no make-up! So when I post I want to make it clear that this is me dressing up, it's not how I look all the time.”

Coughlan experienced what it was like to have no money before becoming a successful actor. “That’s not an exaggeration: my bank account was dry,” she says. “I say all the time: ‘Yes, money doesn’t make you happy’ – but unless you’ve been really broke, you don’t know the stress, how it takes up all of your time, and sucks the joy. I still get scared to check my bank account, I still have that fear in me. It’s not that long ago that I couldn’t afford a cup of coffee.”

Coughlan loves how beauty and self-care has a positive effect on her life. “I think sometimes people can look down on beauty and think that people generally poo-poo things that are geared towards women, but beauty is so important,” she says. “It's an expression of who we are. That’s what I love about Bridgerton and the Regency era. Women were able to use beauty to express themselves creatively and build a sense of identity. It could be so elaborate or soft and feminine, and that’s really inspiring.”

When it comes to her diet, Dobrev says that she has changed her outlook on eating in recent years. “I used to eat three full meals and then I would not be able to move after each meal,” she told Shape. “I would be so full and tired. Now, I eat all the time but portion control is what’s important for me—I’m eating more in total but not more at a time.” "A portion is the amount of food you put on your plate, while a serving is an exact amount of food. To get a better handle on what you're eating, you could carry around measuring cups. Or you could use everyday objects as reminders of appropriate serving sizes, which is what the Mayo Clinic Diet recommends," says the Mayo Clinic. "Many foods match up to everyday objects. For example, a medium pepper is about the size of a baseball and equals one vegetable serving. While not all foods match visual cues, this method can help you become better at gauging serving sizes and practicing portion control."

2. Ananya Panday

Actress Ananya Panday wore a tight yellow dress to advertise her latest film, Gehraiyaan, on Amazon Prime video on Instagram—and also shared a trailer from the movie. In addition to being an actress, Panday has also launched her own fitness program. She posted this Instagram video of herself doing some of her favorite exercises, and wrote in the caption, “I have SO many workouts for exercising at home with no equipment or at the gym, and they are going to make working out together so much fun!”

3. Luisa Collins

Luisa Collins enjoyed a drink in a jacuzzi this week, and she broke out her leopard print swimsuit to do so. When it comes to losing weight, Collins told the Daily Star that she likes to take supplements to prevent her from snacking too much. “When I take a Forza Raspberry Ketone in the morning and afternoon, my snacking habits are being curbed. They are like willpower in pill form. I feel more energized and taking the capsules has not really affected my lifestyle at all.”

4. Ashanti

Singer Ashanti wore a floral bikini and posed poolside on Instagram this week. In 2019, while promoting her film Stuck, she revealed to People that she made a lot of changes to her diet. “I cut out a lot of meat,” she said. “I think again, self-health and self-awareness are so important. All of that stuff is so important to maintaining your body, knowing what’s in your food, the GMO’s and the chemicals, and I’m super aware of this stuff.”

Brooke Burke advertised her workout program on Instagram this week, and she posted several stunning photos, showing off her toned body. The program Burke is advertising is designed to target your entire body, specifically your abs, legs, and butt. Burke posted a reel of herself doing her workout with some of her friends, captioning it, “Move, sweat, change.”

6. Dua Lipa

Singer Dua Lipa took a trip to Miami this week with her friends, model Sarah Lysander, and talent manager Bashir Arab-Sanchez. She posted several stunning poolside photos on her Instagram story. Lipa is also kicking off her “Future Nostalgia” tour, but she says that she still makes time to workout while she’s on the road and traveling. “When I have a tiny bit more time on my side I love mixing up lots of different training, finding different workouts in whatever city I’m in, whether it’s yoga, Pilates, boxing or spinning,” she told The Urban List. “Whatever it is, I try to change it up every day to keep things interesting. When you’re on a tour bus, every day and every place is different, so you never know what you’re going to find. That’s always one way to keep it interesting.”

7. Chantel Jeffries

Model and DJ Chantel Jeffries posted this bikini photo of herself and her friend, Cindy Kimberly, as they lounged on a pool chair. In a video for Pretty Little Thing, Jeffries revealed that she switches up her workouts to keep herself interested. “I like to hike, I like to skate, swimming, so that’s something to keep me motivated,” she said.

Fitness influencer Sommer Ray posted a gorgeous photo on Instagram of herself in a red bikini. Ray tells Life&Style magazine that she believes a healthy diet is the most important part of losing weight and staying in shape. "Diet is key. Diet plays a huge role in fitness. A lot of people go to the gym, work out really hard, then don't follow up with a good lifestyle. You can't expect a flower to grow without any water. After spending time in the Celebrity Big Brother house, Mellencamp revealed on Instagram that she had gained some weight and had slipped up on her diet. However, now that she’s home, Mellencamp says that she is making a healthy diet and lifestyle a main priority, but is not doing so to lose the weight she gained. “IT’S NOT ABOUT A NUMBER ON THE SCALE BUT HOW I FEEL WHEN I AM EATING CLEAN AND TAKING CARE OF MY BODY AND MIND - MY ANXIETY DECREASES,” she wrote. “TODAY I AM POSTING TO HOLD MYSELF ACCOUNTABLE TO MAKING MY OVERALL HEALTH A PRIORITY AGAIN. *even those of us who are “fitness influencers” go through different stages in our journeys.”

Despite being a swimsuit model, Ambrosio tells Elle that she isn’t afraid to indulge once in a while. She says that she prioritizes a balanced diet rather than a restrictive one. “Obviously I try not to splurge on pasta, but if I'm back in Brazil where everything is pasta- or bread-based—and so yummy—I'll eat whatever I want, then go back to lots of salads and chicken or fish with veg as soon as I'm back in L.A."

"That's one rule because I do feel like you will have a higher chance of breaking out if you are wearing a full face of makeup. A few things I always have with me is some sort of a spray. I love Dr. Barbara Sturm or Caudalie or La Mer. I also absolutely love traveling with a makeup wipe, the Neutrogena wipes are great. Something to just take off the sweat you build up.”

Culpo shared her skincare routines with Byrdie. She says that she keeps her morning and night routine simple. “I am always trying out new products, so what I gravitate toward is often changing. At night, I usually use an oil and a serum. Right now, I love the Clarins Double Serum. In the morning, I use a Vitamin C serum and an SPF, and, typically, I just rinse my skin with warm water instead of using a cleanser. It is something I swear by—it allows for the oils on my skin from sleeping to absorb naturally.”

Culpo shared some of her favorite skincare products with Byrdie. She says that she uses ones that have vitamins in them. “I have noticed a huge difference in my skin with vitamin C and E. I love the Good Janes H2OMyGod Moisturizer—it's sort of an all-in-one moisturizer that has vitamin C and collagen peptides. As for vitamin E, I actually just purchase the oil from the drugstore. It is super cheap and great to put on any red marks I may get from an occasional breakout. The healing process is so much quicker when I am using Vitamin E oil.”

Ratchford also lifts weights. “Initially, I made the mistake that a lot of girls do and I was only doing cardio. I just really didn’t see too much change in my body. I’ve been listening to my girlfriends who are in great shape and they say you have to do weight training, you have to go in and do squats. That’s my new thing—I’ve been doing some resistance training, circuit training,” she told Men’s Fitness.
