Here’s how they stay fit.

Spring sprung weeks ago and between Coachella, the Revolve fest and the nice weather, the celebs are out celebrating in swimsuits. Brie Larson, Brunella Horna, Kristen Bell, Arabella Chi and more went outside to catch some rays. How do they stay so fit? Read on to see all the ways Brie Larson and many others stay in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Brie Larson

Brie pushed herself beyond her limits to train for Captain Marvel. "Being able to hip thrust 400 pounds, deadlift 200 pounds, push my trainer's Jeep, I mean, it's an incredible experience to realize what's inside of you is well beyond what you knew was possible,” she told Insider. "So, I started this journey thinking I'll get strong and I had no idea. I went far beyond what I ever believed was possible for my body.” She added: "I affectionately called myself 'an introvert with asthma' before I got to play Carol Danvers and I started training first out of sheer panic," she said.

2. Brunella Horna

Horna called her pooch “Mi compañero ❤️.” (“My partner.”) “One of the biggest benefits is that dogs force us to get up and move. Depending on the breed, dogs often are energetic and require regular walks. One research study found that dog owners are more likely to report regular physical activity than people who do not own dogs. This helps keep your heart healthier because increased physical activity strengthens heart muscle, making it more efficient as it pumps blood throughout your body,” says the Mayo Clinic.

3. Kristen Bell

Bell finds nutrients in root veggies and tubers. "The sweet potato is a superfood—it's got so many vitamins and minerals," she told Women’s Health. "I'll make, like, eight acorn squash—they're single servings—and put them all in a bowl, and that's a cool thing to have instead of a salad.”

4. Arabella Chi

“Mentally here,” Chi captioned a photo of herself sunbathing. “This weather 🌞,” she captioned another of the sun. Just be sure to wear your sunscreen. “Age spots can affect anyone who has had prolonged sun exposure. While they usually happen to older people, age spots can appear on children and young adults if they have spent a lot of time in the sun or in a tanning bed or even after a single significant sunburn. Women are slightly more likely to develop age spots than men, though both men and women can be affected,” says the Cleveland Clinic.

5. Raai Laxmi

Laxmi scuba dives. “If I could live here 🌊🐠🐬🐡🐟🐙🦈 #freesoul #underwater #scubadiving #justbreathe #newworld #naturelover #reels #instagood #instagram #reelitfeelit #nofilter #trending #love #light #happiness ❤️🧿,” she captioned some scuba images.

6. Alexandra Daddario

“I eat when I’m hungry,” she told PEOPLE. “I try to stay away from anything unnatural, but if you are trying to stay healthy and you get too hungry, it will only be more difficult to stay away from things like too much sugar if you don’t give yourself what you want sometimes. I’m focused on being healthy and not stressing or obsessing over food.”

7. Mariah Carey

Carey once ate a lot of salmon. "It's really hard... my diet, you would hate it," Carey told E! News a few years back. "All you eat is Norwegian salmon and capers every day. That's it." “Protein is an important macronutrient that your body needs for increasing calorie burn, decreasing hunger, and maintaining muscle mass. Not only that, but a diet with a sufficient amount of protein can actually help you to feel full. The RDI for protein is between 46 and 56 grams of protein for an average adult. A 3 oz. salmon fillet will actually give you around 21 grams of protein, which is almost half of the amount of protein you need for the day!” says Eat This, Not That!
