1. She Starts By Stretching
Brie makes sure to start her workouts with stretching. "Stretching is a huge part of exercise," she explained in a YouTube video. "This is great for mornings, before workouts, as you're winding down your day, or, if you're somebody like me who's spending the majority of their time at a desk looking at Zoom all day, it's good to incorporate a couple of stretches and be kind to yourself." Some of her go-to stretches include cat-cow, toe sitting, and cobra pose.
2. She Drinks Celery Juice

Brie starts her day with celery juice. "I hold my stress in my stomach and this feels very soothing/healing in my opinion," she said in an Instagram story.

Brie trains with Jason Walsh and their workouts are hardcore, involving lots of weights, one-armed pull-ups, and even pushing a 5,000 pound Jeep down the street. “Pushing myself past my limit, honey!
