When it comes to her skin, Biermann turns to her mom, Real Housewives star Kim Zolciak-Biermann, for tips. Biermann shared one of her mom’s tips to BravoTV.com. "She always says 'moisturize your skin.' You have to stay moisturized. You don’t want to be crusty, dusty dry. You want to be refreshed, and moisturizer will just keep your skin looking younger."

2. She Calls Out Haters

Biermann has no time for haters on social media. She called out people commenting on her fillers on her Instagram stories. “ALL my friends (except dani) have fake nails, fake hair fake etc. who cares? It’s our lives, it doesn't affect y’all AT ALL. But kindly…go f—k yourselves (haters) bc I haven’t even touched my face besides a lil Botox for TMJ & lip fillers … WHICH ARE ALL GONE NOW!”

When it comes to her diet, Biermann admits that eating healthy is difficult for her. "Every day I have to have a cheeseburger or chicken tenders at some point throughout my day, and if I don't have a little something sweet—whether it's a peanut butter cup, a small brownie or anything chocolate—after dinner, I don't feel like I ate,” she tells People. Biermann says that she practices moderation in her diet, which helps her stay healthy. “I love to eat, and I eat anything and everything I want, just in moderation.”

5. She Pushes Herself

At the end of 2019, Biermann decided to get back in shape, and she saw results. In this Instagram post, Biermann revealed that she had really started to push herself to work out and stay healthy. “I’ve been back in the gym consistently for the past few weeks and I’m already seeing a difference,” she writes. “Push yourself.
