1. Do Intermittent Fasting

Brielle is one of the many stars who relies on intermittent fasting. During a 2020 Q&A shared via her Instagram Stories, she revealed her feasting hours. "I only eat between 3-8 every day!" she said, maintaining that she fasts the rest of the time. The Mayo Clinic supports the method as an effective way to lose weight. “Can intermittent fasting improve your health? Losing weight and being physically active help lower your risk of obesity-related diseases, such as diabetes, sleep apnea and some types of cancer. For these diseases, intermittent fasting seems to be about as beneficial as any other type of diet that reduces overall calories,” they say.
2. Indulge in Moderation

Brielle is a daily fast food customer. "I go to [Chick-fil-A] EVERY DAY (except Sunday) around 3 for my breakfast/lunch," she said during the same Q&A. "Every day I have to have a cheeseburger or chicken tenders at some point throughout my day, and if I don't have a little something sweet—whether it's a peanut butter cup, a small brownie or anything chocolate—after dinner, I don't feel like I ate," she once revealed to People. Her mom, Kim Zolciak Biermann is a daily greens eater, but she’s "not a fan" of salads. "I love to eat, and I eat anything and everything I want, just in moderation.”
3. Do Group Fitness

Brielle tries to exercise daily. She works out with a personal trainer, but also is a fan of group fitness classes. “I love spin class,” she said. “I’m addicted to it.”
4. Make Sure to Set Goals

Brielle sets goals to achieve success. "My weight fluctuates a lot so I'm trying really hard to get better at eating right, going to the gym and taking care of myself. I've always been insecure about my body, I [sic] think most women are! Push yourself. Set a goal and work towards it … Thank you to my trainer @abmatthews_fit for pushing me!!" she wrote to her Instagram followers in 2019.
5. Stay Active Outdoors
Brielle maintains an active lifestyle and is always breaking a sweat al fresco. A few of her favorite outdoor activities include bike riding, jet skiing, stand up paddle boarding, and horseback riding.
