She Starts Her Morning With a Nutrition Shake

Be sure to use pure ingredients when mixing your morning smoothing: vegan protein, whole fruits, no additives. "Why would you drink something that contains carrageenan (a type of seaweed linked to stomach issues); maltodextrin, crystalline fructose, and sucralose (all forms of sugar); cellulose gum and gel (made from chemically digested wood chips); zinc oxide (also used in diaper rash medications); and thirty-six other ingredients—which is exactly what you get when you drink a container of some pre-made "protein" shakes? Is this helping to foster good gut health? Or does it make you afraid that one night the Toxic Avenger is going to crawl out of your belly button?," asks the Zero Belly Diet.

She Doesn't Diet

"I splurge more on lunch than I do dinner, because I have the rest of the day to burn it off," she explains. "I love to eat, and I eat anything and everything I want, just in moderation. I honestly can't stick to a diet to save my life," she has said. Use oils in moderation, for example. "Choose healthy vegetable oils like olive, canola, soy, corn, sunflower, peanut, and others, and avoid partially hydrogenated oils, which contain unhealthy trans fats. Remember that low-fat does not mean 'healthy,'" says Harvard Health.

She Intermittent Fasts

"I wake up every day. I eat around 2:30, 3 o'clock and then I maybe eat something at like 6:00 or 6:30 and then I don't eat again or I'll just eat like once a day. I mean, I really don't have a strict diet. I definitely am not the healthiest person at all.I think a lot of it has to do with genetics. Like my mom eats brownies for breakfast and pasta all day long. Like she doesn't eat meat. All she wants is pasta, pizza. And we always have a cake or cookies, brownies. She's always having wine. So I mean, it really is just genetics. I wish I had her metabolism."

Here Was Her Quarantine Workout

During the quarantine, she said: "So I used to not work out and now, especially during this coronavirus we have a couple of Peloton bikes and treadmill and whatnot. So I can't really see my trainer and I've just been doing that. Like I went through two weeks where I did it every single day. I don't care if it was like 10 o'clock in the morning or 1:00 AM at night. Like I was like, I hadn't worked out today. I have to go now…I was going to OrangeTheory before. I love that. That is  such a good workout. That is amazing. So I love OrangeTheory, but really just working out and it's all in moderation."

She Loves Chik-Fil-A

Prince Williams/Wireimage

"My sister has Starbucks every day. That's her thing. Mine is Chick-fil-A. I literally eat Chick-fil-A every day at, like, 2:30. I go to Chick-fil-A like they already know what I want. So for three, maybe four weeks, Corey was like, 'Mo, you guys can't even go there.' This was in March"—when the pandemic first started—"when we really had no idea. I mean, we still don't really know, but I mean, when we really had no clue what was going on, he was like, no, you can't go to Chick-fil-A, you can't even go through the drive through. We got in this huge argument one day, because finally I was like, I don't know if I'm having withdrawals or like what's happening, but I'm going a little insane here. I just want some sense of normalcy. Like can I please go to Chick-fil-A?" she said to Us Weekly. (She did. She also dipped her own food into the Chick-fil-A sauce, for a taste of her fave.)
