Britney Spears Dances to Beyoncé in Crop Top

The singer posted one of her signature dance videos.

Britney Spears has had a big year. Not only did she get engaged to her longtime beau, Sam Asghari, but her struggles with her conservatorship and family were brought to light, and got her more support from fans. To celebrate, Spears recently posted one of her famous dancing videos on Instagram. In it, Spears wears a white crop top and black shorts, showing off her abs. She Dances

Spears has been known for her dancing since the beginning of her career. She became famous for posting her dancing videos on her Instagram, and also does intricate dance videos in her performances and music videos. In her most recent video, Spears wrote in the caption, "I danced all day yesterday to Beyonce! Project Rose was inspired by her!"

She's A Fan of Portion Control

Spears admits that she loves junk food, and previously said on Instagram that she wanted to try the "ice cream diet." However, in February, Spears revealed that she uses portion control in her diet. In an Instagram post, she wrote, "I chose portion control which is very hard when it comes to Doritos 🙈🤣 !!!!! On a positive note … my body does feel way better now 💪🏼 !!!!"

She Eats Healthy

Despite her love of junk food, Spears also makes sure to eat healthy. In an Instagram post from 2019, Spears revealed that she had lost weight due to eating very healthily, and eating a lot of fruits and vegetables. Spears posted a chart of what she ate, which included bananas, pears, strawberries, beets, and pomegranate. She wrote, "I have weak eyes and stress and asthma and headaches. So this chart has helped me so much with those problems …. and my weight!!! Whoop whoop."

She Does Isolated Movements

Spears revealed that her workout routine involves a lot of repetition and isolated movements, and doesn't involve a lot of cardio.  "I don't like doing too much cardio," she says on Instagram. "My body has muscle memory, cus I use it be [sic] gymnast and I can bulk up …. so I like isolated movement. The key to my workout is repetition, but that gets boring so I have a booklet I've made with all my favorite exercises. I usually wear headphones …. music takes me away ."

She Hikes

Spears loves getting outside, specifically hiking. And she loves to hike with her fiance, Sam Asghari, especially when he carries her. Spears shared a funny video to her Instagram of her and Asghari hiking, while Asghari had her on his back. She captioned the video, "Man it's so much fun out here !!!!! Especially when you don't have to do ANYTHING AT ALL."
