Britney Spears in Bathing Suit Has "Tropical" Fun

Britney Spears is making waves, literally and figuratively, rolling around in the seashore with just bathing suit bottoms on, in what she called a "tropical destination." She's on vacation with her fiancé, personal trainer Sam Ashgari. "May the birthday celebrations begin for my wonderful fiancé … I love him so much ❤️ !!! My hero … my mentor … my rock … my bliss … my love ❤️ !!! I hope you get everything and more for your birthday 🎂 !!!" she wrote in a post of them on the plane ride there. Spears once shared a post about declaring your intentions, and focusing on your goals. She captioned the post, "My word of the week is intention … it has a lot of different meanings … what do you intend to do today ??? What is your intention by doing so … and also it's known to heal … with that said my intention by what I'm reading now by even sending this message about this beautiful word is one thing and one thing only … to help spread the word !!!! Spears posted this post about the importance of going outside and enjoying nature. The post encourages people to sit in nature as you can tap into it and open yourself up to it. Working out on the beach is a great idea. After her conservatorship ended, Spears posted a photo of a fireplace, and wrote about how she was spending her freedom. "It feels so good to just BE HERE !!!! I'M HERE … thanks to no doctor or conservatorship people … good God my friends … it's good to BE HERE and be PRESENT !!!!"

Spears posted an animated video of the words "Free Woman" being animated on a pair of made-up lips. It referred to her conservatorship ending and relishing her freedom. For example, she posts a ton of videos of her dancing in her home, having fun. "Last night … I let go for the first time in a very long time !!!!" she captioned one. "I sweat my" backside "off 😅 !!! Good to share … good to improve yourself … good to push yourself !!!" Naturally, she ended the post with a dozen red rose emojis.
