1. She Worked For Her Body
Brittany often talks about her weight loss secrets on Instagram and TikTok. When asked who was responsible for her “BBL” by a fan (Brazilian butt lift) Brittany revealed that a plastic surgeon was not responsible for her swerving curves. "Girl, I worked out and ate right. I lost 70 pounds,” she said.
2. She Drinks ACV and Grapefruit Juice
Brittany has revealed that she sips on a specific every day to blast fat. It consists of grapefruit juice, apple cider vinegar. “My ultimate go-to drink for boosting my metabolism, flushing fat, & more!” she said. She drinks the concoction every morning.
3. She Takes Supplements
Brittany has revealed on social media that she takes gotu kola supplements. Per Mount Sinai, it has been used to “heal wounds, improve mental clarity, and treat skin conditions such as leprosy and psoriasis” for thousands of years in India, China, and Indonesia. “It has been called ‘the fountain of life’ because legend has it that an ancient Chinese herbalist lived for more than 200 years as a result of taking gotu kola,” they say. They also note there is research supporting it as a treatment for venous insufficiency and varicose veins, Wound healing and skin lesions, anxiety, scleroderma, and insomnia.
4. She Does HIIT Workouts
Brittany never shares her workouts on social media but maintains that she does regular high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions. She has also told fans that she walks and does yoga. In a YouTube video she revealed that she works out first thing in the morning.

Brittany eats a healthy diet. Her breakfast? Smoked salmon in the morning with baby spinach to “get your brain going, your body going,” she revealed in a YouTube video. She maintains it helps you feel fuller throughout the day, while the salmon helps boost metabolism. Her other meals usually consist of lean meat paired with a veggie and whole grain, like adobo chicken breast with carrots and a small portion of brown rice.
6. She Twerks
Brittany has also revealed that squats are part of her workout. When asked about her routine she responded, “It was twerking,” she wrote. “Twerking is one of the best full-body workouts for women. You burn calories and work your muscles simultaneously. You will lose and tone with a healthy diet. Your legs will be so strong! Or get a lazy boyfriend sis.”
7. She Drinks Green Tea

Brittany is a big fan of green tea. “I drink green tea every morning,” she revealed during a YouTube video. She added that she only eats food that speeds up her metabolism. "The healing power of green tea is linked to catechin, an antioxidant compound found in tea leaves. It helps protect your cells from damage caused by out-of-hand free radicals reacting with other molecules in your body," says the Cleveland Clinic.
