1. Intermittent Fasting

Hockley intermittent fasts during the week, and takes it easier on the weekends so she can enjoy breakfast. “For the last six months or so I’ve started intermittent fasting, my eating window would be from 10.30 to 6.30pm most days,” she says. “I do this five days a week as on weekends I love going out to brekky.” “
2. Goat Cheese Fanatic

Hockley’s favorite breakfast when she gets to indulge is oats, yogurt, berries, or avocado and poached eggs, and her “weakness” is goat cheese. “I consider good goat cheese, great bread and fine wine about the best culinary combination the planet has ever devised,” says David Katz, MD, director of the Yale University Prevention Research Center. “This is not a health food! But then again, pleasure is good for health, and as an occasional treat for those who love it as we do, goat cheese is very pleasurable stuff.”
3. Balance Is Key

Hockley doesn’t obsess about diet and exercise, but focuses on what makes her feel good. “I genuinely just love being active,” she said in an Instagram Q&A. “I've always been like that. I like how it makes me feel. I also eat like a horse and a big foodie, I can put a whole pizza away easily. I go through phases though, sometimes I’m fit, strict and lean and sometimes I'm like a little round donut. It’s balance, and it's all good.”
4. Boxing and Cardio

Hockley’s workout regimen has changed since the COVID-19 pandemic. “My fitness routine has changed a lot over the past few years,” she says. “I’ve fallen in love with boxing – such a great cardio workout and good to let some frustration out! I love being outdoors so I will walk most days. My whole family is currently training for a half marathon through the bush in the Blue Mountains [in Sydney] – family bonding at its finest, haha – so I am trying to run more, even though I’ve never loved running.”
5. She Loves Adventure

Hockley loves being outside in the fresh air, and even plans her vacations around activity. “I go to the gym most days, alternating between HIIT workouts, F45 and weights,” she says. “I also try to walk or run 5km five days a week, and I love hiking and anything adventurous, so often my holidays are even planned around outdoor adventures.”
