UFC ring girl, artist, and model, Brittney Palmer is no stranger to looking fit on social media. She’s currently on vacation in beautiful Capri, Italy, and made sure to spend time by the water. Palmer just shared a series of vacation photos on her Instagram. In them, she relaxed on a boat and enjoyed a cocktail. Palmer wore a pink bathing suit with gold designs, showing off her body. 1. She’s Pescatarian

Palmer revealed some of her health and wellness secrets in an interview with Woman Fitness. She opened up about her typical diet. “I am a pescatarian, so naturally, I eat very healthy,” she says. Being a pescatarian means avoiding all meats, except fish and seafood. Palmer says that since she eats like this, finding protein is extremely important. “I am constantly trying to find different ways to source protein, because I don’t eat meat. So seafood and a lot of plant protein are essential for my diet."
2. She Switches Up Her Workouts
When it comes to working out, Palmer is all about variety. She tells Woman Fitness that she believes doing different workouts keeps her consistent. “I change my workouts every day of the week. One day I will do spin, the next day I will work with my trainer, the next day I will take a boxing class, the next day I will do hot yoga, I think it’s important to always shock your body!”
3. She’s Accountable

Palmer isn’t afraid to admit when she hasn’t been on top of her wellness. She tells Woman Fitness that accountability is very important to her. “Hold yourself accountable. If you know that you have been eating bad or drinking a little too much take that into consideration when planning your workouts or weekly eating habits.”
4. She Eats A Balanced Diet

Palmer broke down her typical diet to Woman Fitness. She says that she tries to eat pretty healthy most of the time, and cuts out certain foods. “I try to avoid fatty foods, starches, processed food and limit my alcohol intake to at least 1 to 2 times per week,” she says. However, Palmer also says that she believes in balance, and admits that she isn’t afraid to indulge once in a while. “I definitely make sure to have a cheat day.”
5. She’s Sure Of Herself
Palmer tells UFC.com that one of her biggest wellness tips is self-confidence. She says that she is very sure of herself, and knows who she is. “At the end of the day, we are whoever we are and I don’t really have any other option. I work as hard as I can, this is the way I look and after that I can’t beat myself up over it. Hopefully everyone likes me for who I am. It was a struggle when I was younger, but now I’m older and you discover who you are.”
