1. She Hikes

Palmer spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do to stay in shape is go on hikes. She shared this video on Instagram of herself hiking in Medellin. In it, she walked through the woods to a waterfall. She captioned it, “There is always nature for those who want to see it. Enjoying every moment.”

2. She Switches Up Her Workouts

Palmer revealed her wellness secrets to Women Fitness. She says that she likes to mix it up when it comes to fitness. “I change my workouts every day of the week. One day I will do spin, the next day I will work with my trainer, the next day I will take a boxing class, the next day I will do hot yoga, I think it’s important to always shock your body!”

3. She Holds Herself Accountable

In her Women Fitness interview, Palmer talked about what tips she would give to others to stay healthy. Palmer says that she is all about accountability to herself. “Hold yourself accountable. If you know that you have been eating bad or drinking a little too much take that into consideration when planning your workouts or weekly eating habits.”

4. She Eats Healthy

Palmer talked about her diet to Women Fitness. She says that she eats pretty healthy, and lives a pescatarian lifestyle. “I am constantly trying to find different ways to source protein because I don’t eat meat,” Palmer says. So seafood and a lot of plant protein are essential for my diet. I try to avoid fatty foods, starches, processed food and limit my alcohol intake to at least 1 to 2 times per week.”

5. She Snowboards

One thing Palmer does to stay in shape is snowboard. At the beginning of the year, Palmer and some friends took a trip to Park City, Utah. She made sure to do some boarding on her trip. Palmer posted these photos and videos from the trip on Instagram, including some snowboarding highlights. She captioned it, “2023.”
