1. She Believes in Mindfulness
“January is usually New Year’s resolution time and a time to break bad habits, which I really try not to keep. I’m definitely more mindful this year than ever, and I think that’s just because of the shift in the world in the last few years. We just launched a New Year Renew program on my app Brooke Burke Body. It’s really about renewing your sense of self, recharging, resetting wellness goals and holding yourself accountable to a higher standard than previous years to accomplish all of those goals. So, probably just being more mindful this year,” she told New Beauty.
2. She Pushes Herself

Burke is a blogger for Modern Mom, and she reveals a lot of her wellness and health secrets in her posts. In this blog post, Burke talked about how she slims down. She says that one of her biggest secrets is pushing herself when she exercises. “I totally believe in working to fatigue, which means pushing yourself to feel the burn – and if you dare, moving past the burn – which is when I truly believe your body starts to change.”
3. She Works Out Daily

Burke is known for her impressive figure, and for being a health and wellness maven. Not surprisingly, she makes sure to work out every day. “Working out daily has been really great for me for stretch recovery, dopamine, adrenaline, metabolism and energy,” she says to New Beauty.

Burke tells New Beauty that sleep is a big part of her wellness routine and lifestyle. She says that she makes sure that she gets enough sleep each night. “I’m a big believer in sleep—I never compromise that. So, I’m listening to sleep playlists—sleep frequencies at night—to make sure that common sounds are not disrupting my sleep routine.”
5. She Eats Healthy

When it comes to her diet and meals, Burke tells OK! Magazine that she makes sure to eat as healthy as possible. She says that she keeps her metabolism in mind when she’s choosing meals. “I keep my metabolism going by having smart, healthy meals. I eat a lot of fish, I eat meat, a lot of vegetables, a lot of soups. I eat a lot of sushi.”
