Be Consistent
Brooke revealed an important piece of wisdom on Twitter: Consistency is the key to staying in shape. "If we continue to improve on our health and appearance, how can it possibly decline? Staying consistent is our fountain of youth:)" she tweeted.
Workout Twice a Day
Brooke once told Shed Your Weight that she has an intense approach to fitness. She trains with her father six days per week in the morning, doing 30 minutes of cardio exercises and one hour of weight lifting. She also revealed on Twitter that occasionally she will hit the gym twice. "Feelin good, gymin' it 2x a day! Who else is bringin' sexy back?" she wrote.
Diet to Lose Weight
If you want to slim down, go on a diet, says Brooke. "I feel great at this weight, but I've started sticking to a diet again," she told OK! Magazine. "I'm trying hard to get down even more. You need to keep to the old-school bodybuilder diet of eggs, fish, chicken, meat and broccoli."
Have Self-Love
Brooke is all about self-love. "I do. I love my body," she told OK! "Thick or not, I'm firm. I don't have cellulite. I'm happy with how I am. People should know, I'm only doing the diet for the entertainment business. It's not really what you're supposed to look like in real life."
Take Care of Emotional Baggage
Brooke maintains that getting rid of excess baggage helps shed excess weight. "I wore these shorts in Key West a few months ago. They were tight. I had to tug them in all directions to get them on after drying them. Emotionally, ( and I won't say unconsciously because my gut WAS sending emergency flares ), I was basically pouring from my full cup of love, honesty, and devotion into someone else's empty cup constantly, not realizing I was neglecting myself in the process," she wrote. "This is a direct result of detaching from toxic relationships and low vibrational people. If your gut says something's off, (or is a little fluffier than usual), check your company. Who you let into your space is everything. Realign your vibe, and you'll find your tribe. So grateful for the ever constant awakening."
Do Yoga
Brooke also loves Yoga – even if goats are involved. "Still can't get over this absolutely incredible experience we had yesterday with little baby goats! So good for the soul! #goatyoga #fun #fit #healthy," she captioned this photo.
Eat Healthy
"I eat whenever my body tells me I need something, but I try not to eat too late at night. If I do, no carbs," Brooke told Shed Your Weight. Her diet is "super clean, all organic food" and "very healthy." She eats small meals and healthy snacks including almonds, walnuts, grapes, fruit, salad, tuna with low-fat mayo, LaraBar energy bar, organic mac and cheese, and low carb vanilla crackers.
